This one falls short on the service and the environment. Ordered a simple burger and fries on a slow Tuesday afternoon. Cashier didn't say a word. Not a "thanks" or an "OK" or anything. He leaned against the register, I asked for a burger and fries. I saw the total, looked at him and paid. The inside was disheveled and dirty. Tables weren't cleaned and chairs were askew. Not the best vibe.

I look to my right i see kiosks so i said well let me order from here. Still nobody says place your order on Kiosks. Place can be run ny robots at this point since nobody talks or says anything. Not welcoming at all.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
