- DIDanny Ip6 days ago1.0staff is really rude when I asked them to use the bathroom, which they have two bathrooms to sign up. They claim that bathrooms are not for customers because we don’t have seating. This is not OK. Also, they take forever to even take your order. If they’re not gonna let customers use the bathroom, take the sign down. and also that manager should not be owning a Dunkin’ Donuts because she is rude he has no people skills, which is apparently common in Dunkin‘ Donuts. this was Friday, October 9, 2026 at approximately 430, the guy next to me was complaining about how long they waited for a drink. by all means stare clear of this location. I’m surprised corporate lets it stay open

With a $100 bill and was denied service and told that it’s because of the “type of area” the store is located in (which is discrimination) ! This is not my issue at all I just came up from Manhattan and wanted breakfast ! This is the lady who denied me service and who also acted as if she didn’t speak English so I broke it down to her in Spanish since she thinks people are stupid ! She also refused to allow me to speak to a manager ! People like this should be working I. Customer service positions If the my are not into working with people. If this area is so horrible why is she even working here ! Make it make sense Dunkin ! Is this the type of service you pride yourself on .
