  Worst customer service i order iced with coffe e with no ice the lady rude to me and gave me half cup saying there is space for the ice she gaving me less coffee un cup i was regular customer to them they never greet me always rude

  I used to love coming here going to this Dunkin is my favorite. They're always friendly and nice but the facility is in a horrible state. Its way too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. It makes me not want to come anymore. Who would want to sweat to death while paying for a refresher, that's not refreshing at all! Even the pipes are clogged! How bad can it get here till management does anything about it?? Does this company not care about how their facilities are run? Ridiculous. This has to be one of the most incompetently run business if the management can't even fix their building and keep it properly running!

  Food is what you expect from Dunkin. But the atmosphere was TERRIBLE. Like why is it freezing in your store AND outside? You would think that by coming inside, you would escape the harsh weather. Also, my friend was complaining every time they needed to use the bathroom, the toilet was a mess and always clogged? Like how is that even possible? If yall have plumping issues, get that fixed. Other DDs in Yo kers have MUCH better bathrooms and are just warmer. I can only imagine for the workers feel. Do better.
