- RAR AJun 17, 20261.0The employee with the tattoos was extremely unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. Customer service was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. On top of that, my order was messed up and my points were not added, which made the experience even more frustrating. Employees represent the business, and this type of behavior leaves a very negative impression. Definitely needs improvement.

There’s a big mouth female employee. Her name is Dahlia. She has no Customer service skills. If there’s a problem forget about going to the Manager or the regional manager they’re useless. They don’t solve the problem. The manager is the same way she yells at customers I am not the only one you have business owner owners next to the franchise who don’t bother to come inside the store because they also feel that they’re not treated right if an order is wrong the employees get upset with the customers and start yelling at the customers. Sorry I don’t bother going into Dunkin’ Donuts. Customer service has become useless. They’re not solving the customer’s problems. it’s impossible to attend a Dunkin’ Donuts for over 30 years and you have the same ongoing problems and no solution that goes to tell you that the franchise of Dunkin’ Donuts they don’t care about customers. This is why a lot of family in the area has left Dunkin’ Donuts. I give them a big fat zero.

I came here with my sister to order a Matcha and a vanilla bean colada and you know what this man did, he looked at my sister dead in the eye and told her he can’t change nothing for her, because she already took a sip. All she was trying to do was add more Matcha powder, and he dismissed her and proceeded to curse her out. My heart was so broken when I saw my sister just trying to simply communicate with this worker and he is just giving her a nasty attitude. Then my sister proceeded to say I don’t like how this Matcha tasted , can you please just try to add something else to make it taste better and here we go again this male worker proceeds to still give us nasty attitudes and expect us to just walk out of the store satisfied. This is truly unacceptable. I don’t believe that anybody should be treated this way and make you feel uncomfortable! Just because we didn’t like the drink they made!! if anything just communicate nicely and you’ll receive a nice response. Dunkin’ Donuts do better honestly
