- AMA MMay 26, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable experience tonight. The delivery driver, Redwan, was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. When the driver arrived he refused to come upstairs. Said it was store policy. I explained I could not come down because it was 1am and I had a baby. He told me to call the store but most of the stores were closed near me so I wasn’t sure which store it was. I calmly asked what store he was calling from because I genuinely did not know, and instead of answering a simple question, he repeatedly refused to tell me and acted argumentative for no reason. He eventually told me after going back and forth, but the entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, hung up on me, and then ignored multiple return calls. He also tried to make me feel like I was the problem instead of addressing the fact that I never received my food at all. To make things worse, I was told I’d have to “call in the morning” for a refund instead of anyone actually helping resolve the issue. I paid for food I never got and was treated disrespectfully the entire time. Management seriously needs to review how customers are being handled because this was beyond unprofessional.
