- BFBella Fain4 days ago1.0Disgusting service, cold food, the app confirmed the wrong time and we attempted to call and couldn’t get on the phone with anybody and attempted to explain it to the disgustingly rude staff upon arrival. One person was remaking the order and another loudmouth Approached and told him that he couldn’t give us the new order And handed us a bag with cold and incorrectly, prepared burrito in it, and refused to take it back. I attempted to correct the situation in the app and it closed the order out on its own. Not only am I calling corporate, but I will never patronize this business again.

When I arrived, not only was my food not ready—they hadn’t even started making it. After waiting another 20 minutes for a basic burrito, I canceled my order and left. The restaurant appeared to be severely understaffed, and the staff seemed to prioritize walk-in customers while completely ignoring online orders. The customer service was terrible. Several employees also appeared to be under the influence and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the restaurant, which made the entire experience feel unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve tried this location, and it will definitely be my last. I highly recommend going to the Dobbs Ferry location or choosing another location instead.
