  What in the world.... Everyone standing around and the food area was FILTHY! Having a dirty station doesnt mean you're busy. It means you have poor management and or the people who work there are just nasty. I dont recommend anything in this place🤮

  Ordered a bowl with double carnitas, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, and fajita vegetable. Got a burrito with 2 pieces of meat and two shreds of lettuce.

  Second time ordering today for delivery over the website I don’t know if people are stealing my food, or the workers take that long… but it seems like they don’t look at their mobile delivery orders at all… it shouldn’t take 40 minutes for a driver to wait for an order to be completed. When I do go there, the chipotlane service is terrible.

  I rarely leave reviews but the service here is unacceptable. The restaurant is open til 11pm but by 9:30pm they barely have any food left prepared. Mobile orders go unfulfilled and people walk in only to see the situation and leave or be turned away. This restaurant continues to lose out on money, and upset their locale, because they either a) don't order enough stock for the demand that they see day in and day out or b) they stop preparing any food past a certain time. They begin cleaning up shop about an hour early. I needed to get refunds on parts of my order and some other people needed to get refunds for their entire order. This is not the first, second or third time I have been here and had this happen awhile before closing. At the very least the app should not allow you to select certain menu items or place orders when out of stock. It is disrespectful to the customers to inconvenience them to drive over, find their orders that they prepaid for to be totally missing, and have to figure out the refund process in the app. The staff is kind but management needs to do better. Thank you.

  My husband arrived at this location at 8:30 PM, and the store hours clearly state that it closes at 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, he was told, “Whatever you see is what we have.” At that time, they had no honey chicken, lettuce, tomato salsa, vinaigrette, or cilantro available. The employee explained that they had run out of food because it was busy earlier in the day. This level of preparation and service is unacceptable, especially with several hours remaining before closing. Customers should still be able to expect basic menu items to be available during operating hours, and there should be better planning to avoid this situation.
