Management seriously needs to take a closer look at how this location is being operated. The line was extremely long, yet several employees seemed more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. There was very little urgency, attention, or basic customer service. Even more concerning was the cleanliness. The tables were filthy, the dining area was poorly maintained, and the soda station didn’t even have ice. The overall condition of the restaurant was so dirty that after waiting all that time for my food, I decided to take it to go—and honestly, I’m not even sure I want to eat it. When a restaurant’s cleanliness makes a paying customer question whether the food is safe or appealing enough to eat, that should be a major concern for management. This location needs immediate attention regarding cleanliness, staff supervision, organization, and customer service. Customers deserve much better, especially when they are spending their money and waiting patiently to be served.
