  Had a great experience at CAVA Cross County! The food was fresh, delicious, and everything tasted great. The service was even better — Gigi and Natalia were both friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great customer service definitely makes a difference. I’ll be coming back!

  This was my first time at CAVA, and Zoe, the manager, made the experience amazing! She was extremely patient and helpful, explaining all the toppings and helping me choose since I’m a picky eater. She had such a welcoming and friendly personality and made me feel comfortable trying something new. Great customer service and an even better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  It is now 9:55pm as I’m writing this. It was 9:50pm when I attempted to open the doors to an establishment that states they close at 10pm. As the employees watched me try and open the door they smirked. I find it hard to believe that it is appropriate when I come 20mins out of work driving to find the doors closed 10 minutes before the time that is posed to close everywhere. I also added a picture of all the employees standing around fooling around. I guess this is the new work ethic.

  All staff are slow and place is dirty. Cava sends their food already marinated ready to place on grill, not a hard task. If someone higher up from Cava doesn’t come to check this location it’ll keep having complaints. Yet, us paying customers have no other choice for now since there’s not many locations in the Bronx.

  This Cava used to be one of my favorite places to eat. However, their prices have skyrocketed. I used to pay about $19 for the same Greens & Grains bowl with salmon. Today, after not going for a while, I was shocked to be charged an absurd $25.80! On top of that, they now charge extra for vegetable and salad toppings. Previously, add-on charges were only for extra protein, but now it feels like plain greed. To make matters worse, the quality has noticeably dropped. The vegetables didn't taste fresh at all—some seemed like they were previously frozen. I don't mind paying for good food, but overcharging for basic ingredients like extra lettuce is unacceptable. As a former regular, I won't be returning. Take a look at the receipt and the tiny portion size in the photo—unbelievable.
