When I entered the store, the second door was closed to which the employee pointed at the sign saying they were closed. It was only 8:45 so I pointed to the sign again and showed him the time on my phone to which he pointed at the sign again. Finally, he comes out and says we’re closed, we close at 8pm. I clarified that the store sign says 9pm. He back tracks and says “oh well we close 15 minutes before to clean, don’t you know that?”. I was extremely annoyed by his response and their need to close 15 minutes early when the sign clearly stated 9pm. Please learn how to speak to your customers and close your store based on the times advertised or you will continue to lose customers and money.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
