I went in debating if I should indulge in something sweet, after sometime of deciding I gave in and said ok I’ll treat myself. I always go for an original cappuccino blast, literally the besttttttt after moving from queens, Westchester has been extremely hard to find such a treat. Anyways I order with the nice gentleman at the counter, after ordering he notices me that it will Take some time because they just ran out of the vanilla ice cream they use if I would be interested in changing flavor or waiting. I said it’s ok I don’t mind waiting he said ok no worries thank you. Awesome, I’m waiting and that’s when this lady tells me my order is ready, I was like oh that was fast he hasn’t even gone to get the tub of ice cream. So I figured they made it work With the old tub, ok whatever . I get it, i Go to get a straw, taste it and It’s literally ice and water with some coffee, no favor of what I’m regularly used to. It was Really bad !!! So I go up to her and say excuse me this taste like water it’s not good, and she’s like yeah you ordered no sugar no nothing, I’m like what do you mean I ordered the original, so she takes it back And she’s like so what flavor do you want I’m like original, so she goes back to the old tub that’s in the counter and literally scraps all the scraps in the corner of the old tub, which wasn’t much, puts it back In the blender and gives it back To me. I try it and I can taste some sweetness now but the consistency and flavors are not what an original cappuccino blast is. I can tell by her attitude she was bothered by me and her demeanors and service was very rude and aggressive. She looked like she did not like working there and service was not something she wanted to do. So I told her it still Tasted off and I would like a refund and I swear she rolled her eyes and made a big thing, telling me that’s what I ordered and that’s what that flavor is. Anyways I told her I didn’t wanna go back and forth or fight I just wanted my money back bc I didn’t want the drink and she never even offered to make a new one she just wanted me to take what she already made. So no I wasn’t going to take something that wasn’t made correctly and tasted like ice chips and water. So I got my refund thanks to the manager, I did ask her name and she probably lied and said chappaquica, but my receipt says Yasmeen. So if you ever go make sure you know what your getting. Surely not returning !

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
