This is not the first horrible experience with this service I pay a fee for. ACME needs to re-examine it’s customer service

I called store and after being put on long holds numerous times I was told my order was cancelled. Wait. What?!! This was not my first bad experience with this ACME store. Whoever owns/manages this location should re-evaluate staff competence. Horrible customer service/relations. Woman who finally answered phone to tell me order was cancelled had a sorry/not sorry attitude.

I was in there today and felt like a prison the way they were yelling at customers at the self checkout line. The heavy set Spanish lady that “works” by the self checkout line is so rude. Her face just shows how much she does not want to be there. The bell rings for two minutes and they continue a personal conversation with one another and you have to go beg for help like a peasant. Truthfully, do not know how they are even employed. Never have I ever met such nasty employees in my life.
- WPWilliam PatakyAug 8, 20264.0Decent grocery store in Yonkers. Acme has some good deals but you have to look for them. The store is clean and well organized. There are frequently panhandlers out front which is unappealing but that's the decline of the area. All in all not a terrible store.
