  Terrible experience at the Charleys inside Walmart in Yaphank. The cashier clearly did not understand how their own rewards system works and were giving my husband attitude instead of trying to help. They were rude, dismissive, and acted annoyed. The cashier looked very young and completely untrained. The app literally says to have the cashier scan the QR code for in-store redemption, but they kept insisting we had to order online instead. Once you press “Redeem In-Store,” you can’t even cancel it anymore, so we got stuck unable to use the reward. This has happened to us multiple times already at this location, and every time we just end up leaving and getting food somewhere else because it’s not worth the headache. We will never order food here again and will definitely be telling our family and friends to avoid this location. Customer service and employee training here are awful.

  Ordered 10 pcs wings with ranch dressing, when I opened my order at home it was all drumstick w/o dressing. It’s frustrating!!

  Mamoudou helps take my order every time I come he is very sweet young man, stays patient while I’m being slow with Apple Pay. Always a pleasure to see him. The whole team try’s to be fast and efficient! Thank you Yaphank team
