  Waited 4 hours and stop and shop puts wrong address so you don't get your stuff. No customer service help when you call.

  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service at the Stop & Shop location in the Rosedale/Lawrence area. After taking the time to bring my coins to be counted and receiving a coin receipt, I was informed that I could not cash it because the customer service register had been closed approximately two hours before the store’s posted closing time.This is literally my third day coming back This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, especially since there was no clear notice or warning provided beforehand. To make matters worse, the staff members I spoke with were unhelpful, dismissive, and came across as rude rather than attempting to assist or offer a solution. Customers should be able to expect courteous service and have store services available during advertised business hours. This experience left me feeling upset, disappointed, and undervalued as a customer, and I hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and communication regarding service desk hours.

  This Stop & Shop Woodmere NY has many delicious varieties of delicious foods! I recommend people to shop here at the Super Stop & Shop and the people are very nice,an friendly and they give free samples too!

  Do not buy meats and deli from here! Though store is pretty clean and staff overall friendly and helpful, this is the 2nd time in one week that I had to return deli meat. It turned green overnight. And then the choice ground beef from the butcher area…. The ground beef was brown the following morning! I will not buy any meat or deli items from here EVER again !!
