Slow drive-thru during peak hours, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry. The staff is generally courteous, which helps balance the experience. However, during promotions like Monopoly or similar games, they often provide fewer game pieces than expected with orders. This seems to be a recurring issue not just here, but across other locations and chains as well.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. There's no reason a $10 door dash order that consists of one meal, should take over 15 minutes to make. Oh yeah, unless one of the 6 employees actually looks at the printer for a ticket. Legit had a manager run out of the office to pick up a pizza delivery for a pizza party and smile like there's not 4 of us waiting on orders as there's 6 other orders on the screen. Since when did fast food start to take as long as cooking a steak or a lobster. Oh yeah because employees would rather stand around and chit chat instead of there job. Manager/ owner neither one cared that they were behind trumendously. But check this out. 1 employee walked upfront. 1 employee seen the line of customers, seen the screen with half a dozen orders. And he actually stopped everything to help. Help push orders through, help customers get there food. 1 employee who actually cared. Not the manager, not the owner, 1 employee. After seeing 5 other employees just standing around My best advice. If you want your store to succeed, instead of being a revolving door of disappointment employees. You make Nojaved Serrano a manager. He cares about his job, the ticket times which is your whole gig in fast food. And he was the only one who cared. THE ONLY ONE. Absolutely terrible experience. Even the smile the manger made with his hands full of pizza. Like your smiling at a line of people. And all you care about is your pizza party. Usually if a manager sees there employees extremely behind. They help. But nope. Just smile and walk away like ticket times aren't your problem as a manager. Like seriously terrible experience. Like for real. And for real that one employee was the only one who cared. And you seen it because he was doing laps around everyone else. Because he cares about his job, the only one imo And it really comes down to management. Hey, all my employees are just standing around. Hey we're getting low on French fries during dinner rush. Hey we only have 3 patties left, can you make more, Absolutely disgusting experience.

Mcdonald's is shrinking their drink sizes! My medium shake is what used to be a small drink. I'm trying to find the value! At almost $6 for a medium milkshake. I've got other options.

Single handedly one of the best McDonald's experiences I've ever had. Sophia made the entire experience textbook how it should be everytime. From asking if I needed assistance with the kiosk to checking to see how everything was and if I needed anything once I had sat down. Transformed it from a regular run of the mill McDonald's to what felt like actual hospitality, care, and what a McDonald's should strive to be.

Visit date and time: 04/06/26 10:26am I had 2 negative experiences here. The first one, I ordered via the Drive thru as I was in route to a work site. Ordered Breakfast and a hot coffee. A mile down the road, I went to take a sip of coffee only to find the coffee was cold, not Luke warm but cold. Very disappointing, but stuff happens, can't go back as I had a timed appointment. Then there was Negative experience 2 which made it even worse. It so happens the very next day after receiving the cold coffee, I was in the same area of this McDonald's. So I decided to stop in and share my disappointing coffee order. I went inside and waited at the counter for a long time. Longer than I should have (maybe 5 minutes). Not cool. Finally a young girl waited on me. I explained my experience the happened the morning before. She did apologized, then said "would you like another coffee?". I thought great, at least this is makes up a little bit for yesterday's screw up. I said, :Sure that would be great". Unfortunately my happy smile was shattered when she rang it up on the register and gave my a total for my cold coffee replacement. That's what I call terrific customer service. Totally Ridiculous! Giving McDonald's 1 Star only because I can't give a ZERO Star rating. .
