The service was top notch, glasses were always topped off with water and the right amount of check-ins. We asked to split a salad course and they split the salad on two plates for us. The food was overall incredible, great flavors, great textures, very balanced. Do not skip dessert-- the chocolate moose cake and espresso martini were great. Only note was I asked for medium rare steak and I got a very rare steak. They offered to make it for me again, which I declined, and then they removed it from our bill all together. We will definitely be back and I will just order medium on my steak!

They offered us the Florence room initially, but we changed it to regular dining area because we brought our baby, we didn’t want other people make uncomfortable if she cried 😊 they arranged our seating area in a corner with a high chair, she really enjoyed it. We had a great time. Thank you Giancarlo’s team.

While the menu is heavily steak oriented, they also make things from scratch, so you can order things not on the menu if you’ve got a picky eater in the bunch. I tried the filet, the New York strip, shrimp, bruschetta and several glasses of wines, all of it was quality. This is a solid four star spot and deserved of your visit if you happen to find yourself searching for a quality steak in Buffalo, NY.

Also the room they put us in was very loud. Nothing like we experienced last year for our anniversary. Last year we were given a complimentary glass of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary and this year nothing. Last year’s seating was in a booth making us feel more comfortable and private. Service this year was just ok not exceptional as last year so that was disappointing as well. For the price we paid it was not worth it.

We were promised a bartender in our room — never showed. The room we booked turned out to be too small, so we were shuffled elsewhere last minute. Food quality was fine, but portions were skimpy for the guest count. I paid in full that night to avoid ruining the celebration, but when I called two days later to address it, owner Gabriela offered excuses instead of accountability, and manager Paul barely listened. Trying to fix something isn't the same as fixing it — if you miss the mark, you still missed it. Please do. Lt consider this place if you have a party. The party planner Hannah was great but she can only plan not execute,
