  The food is fresh but would like more variety in the salad bowl. Service is quick. Atmosphere is loud with not many seats that are comfortable.

  Someone was tempting every item on the line, going from one thing to another WITHOUT sanitizing the probe. Meat into the salsa, sour cream ,cheese and etc. Just jumping from one to the other while im in line about to put my toppings on my bowl. I got some lettuce and called it a day. That is unsanitary and considered cross contamination. And why is everything always dry??? Rice and meat? This location is so inconsistent.

  I got take out and let me tell you about the queso BURNED to the side of the side of the bins. They refilled the queso into the old bin and served right out of it. Old food covered the work station. My burrito was half the size they are usually supposed to be. I got half a scoop of rice and when I asked for more got told it’s extra. Extra for the correct amount of rice? My burrito is practically just the tortilla. Then I watched the guy who made my burrito make a co workers and he loaded up on everything and didn’t charge extra. Why am I paying $12 for a burrito that is a child size? Wish I took photos of the work station.

  I don’t even know where to begin with how bad this experience was. I ordered what should have been a simple meal, but what I got felt like a science experiment gone wrong. First off, the salt—if you can even call it that. It tasted like someone dumped four kilograms of rock salt into the food, let it harden, then somehow melted it back in. Every bite crunched and burned at the same time. It wasn’t just salty—it was inedible. I had to spit out multiple bites because it literally felt like chewing on salted gravel. Then there’s the overcooking. The meat was beyond dry—completely lifeless, like it had been sitting on the grill since last week. The rice was stiff and crusty, and everything tasted like it had been reheated ten times too many. No freshness whatsoever. Honestly, this wasn’t just disappointing—it was borderline offensive. I’ve never had food so aggressively ruined. I couldn’t finish more than two bites, and I left feeling like I needed a gallon of water just to recover. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

  I’m honestly so frustrated every time I come to this Chipotle. The staff is consistently unfriendly and completely inattentive. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. On top of that, the restaurant is always a mess. Tables are dirty, the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned, and the whole place just feels gross The food station is no better, it’s always covered in leftover crumbs and bits of food, and no one even tries to keep it clean throughout the day. It’s really unappetizing to watch your food being prepared in such a messy, poorly maintained area. What really pushes it over the edge is that they are constantly out of basic ingredients. It’s not just once in a while—it’s every single visit. And what’s worse, there never seems to be any urgency to restock or fix the issue. At that point, why even stay open if you can’t serve what’s on your menu? Unfortunately, there is not another one in the area yet. So this is our only option.
