  Wanted to surprise my daughter before school ended with their new Huntrix meal. Had 25 minutes to spare thinking that was enough before school is out. Wanted to customize an order to switch the meal's soda and paying extra to upgrade to Mcflurry. Since the app on mobile doesn't have that option I used their screen. The screen doesn't have that option either. Due to the self service screen staff hardly pay any attention at the cash register. I stood there order after order going by not once they looked over. In the end I order as is and wanted to pay at the register. Big mistake once again. People that ordered after me got their orders while I waited for a staff to ring me up. In the end I couldn't surprise her since Mom had to pick her up. The options were get there 1 hour earlier and have cold food. Or lose the surprise and take her there.

  Manager at this location always taking out order detail receipt to prevent customer leave a survey. This problem is ongoing and I contacted corporate and they responded there is no such a policy like that. Looks like manager use customer order receipt to put false survey to bring up their review. Scam manager. Make sure you all ask for order receipt with QR survey on it. She is the store manager on the picture
