- JLJulie LeeSep 4, 20261.0I went to Baskin-Robbins with my daughter and two of her friends, expecting to enjoy some ice cream together. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing ice cream experiences I’ve ever had. The store was very small, and the ice cream selection was extremely limited. My daughter always gets sorbet, but they didn’t have any available. We asked if she could try about three flavors before deciding what to order. The employee said no. I even said I would take the samples and let my daughter taste them myself, but they still refused. I honestly didn’t understand why they couldn’t accommodate such a simple request. We ended up ordering two scoops each. I ordered Jamoca Almond Fudge, my friend ordered Very Berry Strawberry, and the two kids ordered Cookies ’n Cream. Unfortunately, every single flavor tasted terrible. The ice cream had an icy, watered-down texture and tasted like it had been melted and refrozen. There was almost no flavor, and the texture was unpleasant. None of us could finish our ice cream, and we ended up throwing it all away. I have honestly never had ice cream this bad before. For a place that specializes in ice cream, this was extremely disappointing. The poor selection, the lack of customer service, and especially the quality of the ice cream made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this location.
