    Subs are almost always made wrong store never has the ingredients in stock to have my sub made. Not sure how a sandwich shop is out of basic meats, veggies and topings for days

    This is a nice shop. The crew working during this visit was a bit young and still learning. We were not greeted as we came in, like we usually are. The two guys were friendly and polite and did a good job but need work on their customer service skills as far as communicating.

    I think the women at the counter were working extremely hard to make everyone happy. I know this because I went through the drive thru first, and the girl there her name was Tara was extremely rude. I tried pressing the button and asking for help. She basically said yup it's right on the screen I need to read. I tried to explain the sandwich I wanted there was no option for but she continued to talk over me. I cancelled my order and stormed inside. The wonderful woman at the counter did make my sandwich correct and I left. There was no reason at all for someone to be that rude, maybe if she had listened to what I wanted then she would have known I couldn't order it ........
