- RHR H4 days ago1.0Stopped in to get a dozen donuts, coffees, and sandwiches for lunch. Have been here a few times. Waited about 5-10 minutes with no one saying hi. Woman walked up to the register didn’t say hi. She gave us a stare like we were nothing her. She kept grunting at us is understanding and then mumbled they were out of something. While we were eating they talked about fecal matter and cussed in front of kids. I understand the job might not be exciting, but also have some sort of life to you more than just grunting. They at least got the order mostly right this time. They used a nut milk instead of what we asked for. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of trying to get my drink made right despite their motto. The owner, if it’s not one of the non verbal employees working (3 that were there), might want to consider more lively employees than just a grunting person who glares at you the whole time along with the two other employees.

They greeted me like it was a problem that I was there after they finally decided to walk over to the register.to take my order. Avoid the hassle and go to another coffee shop.

Asked for sausage instead of bacon even clarified that she put sausage in. Waited over 20 minutes got my sandwich it was cold(the cheese wasn't melted) it had hair in it and it had bacon.

So the $6 i spent for a latte was a waste because they forgot the Caramel in my caramel latte. I wish I tried the coffee before I drove away I would've said something. Terrible service and a waste of money.
