  Ordered pickup online. System worked fine and provided and estimated time for when the food was gonna be ready. I showed up early and the food was ready (as displayed on a convenient screen next to the register) but it was sitting on a shelf behind the counter. Then it sat there. For literally 10min. While the one person working the counter served walk-in customers. Meanwhile 3 other people arrived for take out orders and we were all stuck waiting. No manager came out front to help the one cashier. No prioritization of food that was ready and sitting in an area where it could lose temperature and fall outside food safety standards. Then to top it all off, after waiting over 10min, one of the line cooks came out to announce a pickup order that had just completed and started to get names of pickup orders for people behind me in line. I had to literally step in front of people and ask them to get my order. Oh and they never bothered to give me my cup for my drink but by the time I realized that, I was fuming and already out the door and didnt want to wait another second in thst building.

  Excellent customer service! The manager is very involved and makes sure every customer has a great experience. They take the time to ensure everything is handled professionally and that customers leave satisfied. It’s refreshing to see a manager who truly cares. Highly recommend!

  Excellent customer service for all the employees since you guys opened. Today, I have to say thank you to Komura. She is very kind, patience, and calm taking the orders. The food is ready quickly compared to others location. The Place is very clean. I love going there. It is my #1 favorite fast food restaurant. Keep it up guys.

  Manager Joseph at wingstop is outstanding. He is professional, friendly and runs the restaurant efficiently!!! He treats customers with the upmost respect and keeps the team organized. He made sure my food came out quick and fresh! His leadership creates a positive experience when I visit.

  Food was actually really good and came out super hot and fresh. Honestly the whole place was clean and the staff was nice. Right before I left, the GM Joe actually came out to check on how everything went and asked if I had good service. I told him absolutely yes. Super cool to see a manager actually hands-on and checking in on people. Definitely coming back to this location.
