I came into this location with my dad during the world cup finals and an employee in his twenties sitting down behind us, with his pants sagging halfway down and blasting his cell phone, yells loud cursing in a quiet atmosphere (probably watching the game on his phone). My dad calls him out for cursing and shouting. He apologizes many times, my father turns his back but when the worker then states that he has “free speech,” attempting to justify his actions. My father threatened to tell the manager his freedom of speech, the worker stated that he is the manager. It is hard to grasp that a manager would act this way in a business and debate his rights to act poorly in front of the customers young teenage daughter. On top of it, I had made a misconception about the soccer game playing on the tv and a different employee wearing glasses and a darker complexion, must have heard me and yelled “stupid” while purposefully peaking his head from over a ledge. The manager took no action against his employees behavior which wasn’t a surprise but still upsetting and disappointing. The food was awesome but due to this experience we will not be coming back to this location.

I came on July 10 at around 8 o’clock and there was a single staff member named Lee and she was rotating between bagging orders, taking orders and providing some of the best customer service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant in a really long time. She’s a fantastic employee and totally deserves a promotion and a raise!

My experience great. All the staff we extremely polite and professional. I took. A star away because the cook forgot an ingredient on the sandwich. The manager corrected the burger and resolved the issue. I would recommend this location on Tarrytown Rd in White Plains to everyone.

I had one of the worst food experiences on 6/24/26 at 8:21pm name of employee on receipt “Khaliyah” and her name tag reads “Lee” . Upon walking in, I noticed this employee seemed very overwhelmed and annoyed - she was complaining and speaking every annoyance out loud as she was multitasking. When it was my turn to order - there was no greeting whatsoever- no “hi” or “what can I get you?”. Literally just a stoic face and silence which meant she was waiting for me to order. When I tried scanning my QR code, she was annoyed and said “I don’t have the patience for this today,” as she tried to figure out why it wasn’t scanning. I placed my order and had to do a second order due to the promotion I was using, which couldn’t be combined on one transaction. She then told me she’s going to take the guy after me since I’m ordering twice. Unheard of. So I let her take his order. After she takes his order , she takes the 2nd persons order which wasn’t run past me at all. I’m doing take out, so this means my first order is going to be getting cold while they prepare the next two other peoples orders, then start making my second order. No consideration for the quality of my food. The next customer greets her and must’ve asked how was she , and she starts complaining about how long her day was. Someone else asked her if his order was ready and she said “it’s waiting on cheese sauce”. He didn’t hear her and asked her to repeat herself, I sensed he had a language barrier, then she gave him the same response in a shouting annoyed toned. I heard her on expo expressing how she’s going to start swinging (fighting). She gives me my full size shake which (I’ll attach the picture here for reference) is not a full sized chocolate shake I ordered. For $7 I expected more than a kid sized portion. I then ask the guy who appeared to be a shift leader because he wasn’t a manager - If that was the correct size. He then told me that was the correct portion. He told me yes, and offered to fix it two times (after the second time I told him sure). So then Lee asks him what was my issue with the drink she made. He tells her. She gets loud and says why didn’t I tell her directly what was my issue. Lee tells him that’s the second customer today to have an issue with the shakes. She starts going back and forth with him. I’m just watching shocked and bewildered. Then she says she’s going to slap me. I was worried this female would come up to me and assault me when I’m with my young siblings. When the shift leader gave me my food , I asked him if her name was Lee and he confirmed yeah, then he told her I asked for her name. Which set her in another frenzy. When I left ; we seen her getting scolded through the window for her behavior. Then shortly after that she was shouting at yet another customer! This girl needs to be let go asap! She is a terrible representation of this company, and I can’t see her working at any establishment with her attitude. Even my siblings were stunned at how unprofessional and rude she was , that says a lot! I feel like even McDonald’s wouldn’t allow this from workers.
