  Crazy how you order delivery and they send you the wrong item and say, come to the store for an exchange. Let’s be objective, I orders a pizza deal cause I can’t leave the house due to watching my child. Placed the order had it delivered by seamless just to find out they sent the wrong item. Called the store and had an employee say he can’t redeliver because he’s alone. Ok, I understand the lack of employees working, as I told him, it’s not my problem. His reasoning to me is like me saying, I could only pay an x amount of dollars and I’m short cause I don’t have the cash, but I’ll pay you back later. I have a 15% tip, paid for the delivery charge, and requested for a resolution. He said come back and I’ll exchange it. I have escalated it to upper management. I feel so petty but this is just unacceptable. I should’ve just ordered from my local pizza shop for the amount of frustration I’ve had to endure for the poor service. I don’t even want a full refund but I would like my tip back and the delivery charge waived. This is crazy. I will dispute this with my bank and never order anything from papa John’s for the entirety of my life.

  Please no one go to this place. They will mess up your order. I ordered sandwich, they gave me cheese stick, made me wait 1 hr and 20 minutes for pizza, wings and sandwich. And he messed up my pizza as well. And started arguing back. So horrible. Please don’t go there.

  I've always ordered pizza using my coworkers' phones, and we have always received exactly what we ordered in good condition. This time, I decided to order from my own phone to share with my coworkers since work was a bit slow. We expected a good pizza, not a disaster inside the box. It is truly disappointing to have high expectations only to receive a mess; all the toppings were scattered, and the pizza had lost its circular shape. What were supposed to be two pizzas ended up being just one—they had simply been mashed together. I would like a refund for this issue.
