  We went to celebrate my friend's birthday, and was our first time there. the service was great, the food was amazing, our waiter Nelson was very helpful and made our night very great!

  I recently hosted a private celebration at Morton's, and I cannot say enough about the experience from start to finish. It began before we even walked through the door. From my very first email exchange with Paula, the event manager, I was struck by the warmth and genuine care in her correspondence. That spirit carried all the way through to the night itself. The staff was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single member of the team treated our group with impeccable kindness and attentiveness. They made sure we wanted for nothing — and the food, of course, was outstanding. What moved me most, however, was something beyond the service and the meal. I work with young men who, far too often, are met with suspicion rather than respect in public spaces. That was simply not the case here. Every member of the Morton's team embraced them warmly, treated them with dignity, and made them feel celebrated in every sense of the word. As their teacher and mentor, I am deeply humbled and grateful. The boys had an incredible time, and I heard from their parents throughout the evening and into the next day — all of them raving about the experience. If you are looking for a place that combines world-class food, exceptional service, and a staff that treats every guest like they truly matter — Morton's is that place. Morton's exceeded every expectation and made it a night we will never forget. We will absolutely be back.

  I absolutely love visiting New York City and make it a point to travel there with friends as often as I can. During my most recent trip over Easter Weekend (April 1st to April 4th), I had a truly outstanding dining experience that deserves recognition. One of my favorite places to dine is Morton’s The Steakhouse, and on Saturday, April 3rd, I enjoyed a wonderful evening there with friends. We began our night in the bar lounge with appetizers and drinks before transitioning to the main dining room. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and full of energy—it immediately set the tone for an exceptional evening. What truly elevated the experience was the remarkable level of service we received. The team was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely warm, attentive, and passionate about delivering excellence. They took the time to understand our preferences, offered thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that every detail of our evening was handled with care. We felt valued, well taken care of, and completely at ease throughout the night. I would especially like to recognize the following individuals who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable: • Server – Edgar (Bar Lounge) • Server – Karen (Dining Lounge) Both Edgar and Karen exemplified what outstanding hospitality looks like. Their attentiveness, patience, and positive energy made our dining experience seamless and truly enjoyable. It is because of professionals like them that I continue to return to Morton’s and confidently recommend it to others. Thank you for consistently delivering such a high standard of service. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
