  Melissa (waiter) and the entire staff - just wow. I’ve been coming to Morton’s since before bought by Landrys. I’ve only got 3 words to describe the last few times I’ve come here. … Morton’s is BACK! (Would it be nice to have that table side presentation back…sure) but the offerings they have now make that an afterthought and I can’t wait to come back. And….a great place to watch a game while enjoying amazing food and libations.

  Let me start by saying that I have frequented Mortons for over two decades now and we have never had a bad experience, with the dozens of dimes that we have been to this particular one in great neck, long island, up until this latest visit. I had some minor complaints with the service, but my wife and I were still satisfied with it enough to not make a formal complaint while we were currently dining here at that time, (although we do expect MUCH more when we come here) and the main issue that we experienced this particular time, was with the drop in the quality of the food. For the first time ever, my bone in ribeye came to the table not properly seared, without it's usually flavorful crust, bland in color and taste (due to not being properly seared or seasoned), as well as a little overdone. I thought that reordering another steak would fix any of the issues that I have mentioned, but unfortunately, it just produced the same unsatisfactory result, that we are unaccustomed to and disappointed with (at this or any other Mortons), that we have previously dined at. My wife ordered a steak strganoff dish, that was new on the menu. While we understand that hers was a new addition to the menu and their attempt at a new dish, she was not pleased with her entree as well I know it might seem as such, BUT I'm not writing this review to trash them. I am writing this review, in an attempt to bring attention to what I see, are going to be a lot of future problems for them, if they keep going down this road without making the proper adjustments to the drop in quality that we have experienced in our latest visit. The last thing I would ever want to see, is for this fantastic restaurant in the near future, is to be phased out, due to quality issues that could easily be rectified. Normally, the food is worth every penny that they ask for and the service is second to none. It's just disheartening to have a negative experience, from an exclusive place that we have come grown to love and frequent throughout the many years we have done so.

  Went for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! Adam and Margarita made sure it was a birthday to remember! The attention to details was impressive (my name with a birthday wish was at every placement). The ambiance was warm and inviting and the food was top tier. From the decadent seafood tower and the mouth watering, juicy steaks to the delicious birthday Sundae; there is not one complaint to make. Whether you are out for a casual night or a night of celebration, you cannot go wrong with making Morton's Steakhouse-White Plains a part of your plans!

  From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Andrew greeted us with a warm, friendly attitude that set the tone for a wonderful evening. Chef Doug took the time to personally check on our table and made sure everything was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. GM Sean was attentive throughout our visit and clearly cared about ensuring every guest had an exceptional experience. Camille provided outstanding service from start to finish, executing every detail flawlessly with professionalism and kindness. Angel, our busser, was also an important part of what made our experience so enjoyable. Our water glasses were never empty, our plates were cleared promptly, and his friendly conversations made us feel even more welcome. This team works seamlessly together to create an exceptional dining experience. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and can’t wait to return!

  Excellent customer service all around. Andrew greeted us warmly at the door and started the experience off right. Chef Doug took the time to visit our table and ensure we were enjoying our meal, which was a nice personal touch. GM Sean checked in throughout our visit to make sure everything met our expectations. Camille was an exceptional server—attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of every detail. Angel was an outstanding busser who never let our water glasses go empty, kept the table spotless by clearing plates promptly, and made us feel genuinely welcome through friendly conversation. The entire staff worked together to create a memorable experience.
