  Always dirty but past two times was horrible! ! Trash all over the floors, the topping section all mixed up and empty. The frozen yogurt section all dripping.

  This place has gone downhill. Dirty machines, dirty tables and chairs, dirty floor. Not pleasant to buy food here.

  I was looking forward to a nice cup of frozen yogurt on a hot day. However, I was incredibly disappointed with my visit to this location. I have been here before years ago, but don’t remember having a remarkable experience either way. The two teen boys working behind the counter were Goofing around and when interacting with customers had zero personality. There is no price posted per ounce so my partner and I were shocked when we got to the checkout and it was a dollar an ounce. This is insane! The frozen yogurt isn’t even as good as it used to be. It is icy and you can’t really taste much flavor. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location, but I may try another 16 handles store in the future. Wish there was more competition so that this place couldn’t thrive.
