  July 1st, 2026- I was visiting the area and stopped by with family. I know those minding the shop are teenagers but the young lady ringing up orders had such attitude and was just so rude. Perhaps if she was not so busy fawning over her male counterpart, she could focus on delivering good customer service.

  The texture was not your typical creamy frozen yogurt. If you live in White plains please just go to the frozen yogurt place in Tuckahoe. and if they're going to charge $9 for a small cup of yogurt, it has to be absolutely delicious and way better than everyone else's.

  Very sad what happened to 16 handles. It use to be good. Use to have nice, friendly workers. After tonight we will NEVER be back. Not only was the place a disgusting mess but the worker closing was extremely rude to us.
