  this is the worst meal experience I have ever had, I ordered steak with lobster tail. The lobster tail was tiny like shrimp size, it was hard and not fresh. and the steak was like the size of my palm and so thin. the total is 42 and plus tax is 47. are you kidding me? This a rip off. never again

  I went here with my family yesterday for my wife's birthday. I'm glad we came at 4(it was a Saturday) since it wasn't that crowded. All in all, the appetizers, mains and drinks we had were all excellent. Server was very attentive even when the restaurant got busy. For a corporate restaurant, we've always enjoyed Outback.

  I Always go to Westbury Outback for the best wings and food . Always hot and fast service . My family has been coming here since they opened many , many years ago . Keep up the great work . Thank you

  Even though I still miss the Gateway location, I had a really great experience here. The deals are hard to beat—$14.99 for a full three-course meal with a burger and fries, your choice of soup or salad, plus cheesecake. And if you dine in, you can grab a salmon meal to-go for just $10 (normally $27.99), which is a steal. Big shoutout to my server Alex for making sure everything was on point, and to Jennifer, the manager, for checking in and bringing such a warm, personable vibe. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

  We usually enjoy our time at the outback, unfortunately today was not the case… Waitress was overbooked with tables, I literally had to walk up to the bar after my request was ignored by another waitress to refill my child’s sprite .. that’s embarrassing, food came out, she never checked on us , had to make a request to the hostess to find her for me to let her now my sons steak was overcooked… we ordered med, there was no pink just grey color in the steak. Was replaced with medium rare cooked correctly but it was extremely spicy, its like the chef did it on purpose?? My son’s mouth was on fire and this is where the sprite comes into play .. again, couldn’t find the waitress.. Finally, after several minutes my wife flags her down .. let her know , her response was ok, I’ll let my mgr know . We paid and left before he came , she didn’t even talk to us about desert , which was included in the 3 course special for $14.99.. I get it, her job isn’t easy, and I can work with her stacking multiple tables but a table with young children should be a priority. They need to be faster or have additional staff.
