  My boyfriend and I went on a date last night and it was more bad than good. When we first got seated, the floor was absolutely disgusting that we had to beg to be moved and instead of them cleaning that area they sat another party at that same spot. Our server was not great. He basically ignored us. It took us a good 3040 minutes just to get a refill and they weren’t even busy and we had to ask about three different people. The food was horrible. The only good thing was the grilled chicken. None of the sides were good then we went to the counter to ask about the chip situation with the cards, and the girl was very standoffish. She was rude and loved about tasting her mouth. we almost left then, but we decided to stay and play some games. Have the games want to play didn’t work or broken and no one‘s fixing them. We had a horrible experience and we will not be back when we wanna go again we’re gonna go the one by my boyfriend‘s house. This place used to be so much better. I don’t know what happened, but something needs to be changed. It was a waste of about. $150

  Before the food was served, we were told by the waiter/waitress( dunno if he or she) that hes gonna leave soon so we said okay. Then He kept on gong to our table while we were eating reminding hes about to leave. We were very busy because we have a baby who was very fussy and small kid that we were feeding. We were forced to pay in advance even we werent done eating yet. (“Because hewas gonna leave soon”) . I was just about to eat because i always feed my kids first and there he was asking us to pay already. Dont you think thats appropriate?! Very unprofessional. He/she shouldve just passed us to another waiter like other restaurants do! We were there to relax and eat as a family. And not be rushed like that. Its disrespectful and greedy.

  The AC wasn't working during our visit. A few games we played did not work properly but am attendant did rectify the issue. The wings were good. The spinach dip was mostly cheese and it was cold. We asked for a side of celery and carrots to use for the spinach dip and I honestly couldn't believe they served it to us. They were dried out and brown. It was obvious just to look at it. It really blew my mind that they allowed that to go out of the kitchen and not directly into the garbage. Our server was horrible. The restaurant was not busy at all. She dropped our food off and never came back to the table and after almost an hour I had to get up to get her to ask for our check because I couldn't even make eye contact.

  It was extremely warm inside, looks like their A/C was not working and the staff didn't bother to mention. I bought an all day pass and it was unbearable. This made it difficult to stay for long period of time, especially since I bought all day pass. I was not happy at all. And as I was leaving they were brining in more portable A/C units to put inside the facility. That let's you know it was bad.

  We had a blast celebrating my son’s birthday at Dave and busters today . I had about 50 guests and we rented the Billiards section & bowling area along with public access to the game arcade. We had their meal package of 5 apps + added the nachos bar. We also paid a bar tab + provided arcade game cards for our guests who wanted to play. It was honestly an amazing party. It was great to have a home base of billiards/bowling which is a quieter section, after being in and out of the arcade. Many people were impressed with the food. The areas were spacious & clean. Drinks were great as well. Karen, the events manager is amazing. She understood me and my vision for my son’s party. She always responded extremely fast via email with great details. Owen, the manager of the party was fantastic- always present and everything I needed was easy for him to help with. If you have a party, request Si for your bar- he’s super friendly and a great bartender. The server we had was so attentive and kind, her name was Marina, and she helped keep my party on schedule and everything was so neat & tidy. At first I was hesitant to have a summer birthday indoors at a game arcade with mostly adult guests. It was the best decision to do this. Adults had a blast, so did the few kids. I highly recommend
