  We had an amazing experience celebrating my child’s birthday at Dave & Buster’s in Westbury! 🎉🎂 The kids had an absolute blast playing the games, enjoying the food, and celebrating with their friends. A special thank you to Cynthia and Owen, for being so wonderful! They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Their great service truly helped make the celebration extra special. As a parent, I really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the entire experience. I highly recommend Dave & Buster’s Westbury to any parent looking for a fun, exciting, and hassle-free place to celebrate a birthday. The kids had an unforgettable time, and we were able to relax and enjoy the celebration too! Thank you, Cynthia, Owen, and the entire team, for making the day so memorable! We will definitely be back! 🎮🥳.

  Came to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday and had the best time! Had a little mishap with points, but Jarren and Mohamed made it right. Jarren went ABOVE AND BEYOND to listen to our situation and get us to someone who could help us since the front desk manager was unable. Mohammed understood our situation immediately and made it right. GREAT customer service and we will definitely be back because of this!!

  Overall we had a fabulous time, but here are some things you should know. The food first and foremost was great, full of flavor nice and tasty. The games were great we went with the unlimited day game card which only allows you to collect up to 1,500 tickets for the day. Everything after that will not be counted or applied to your game card. (So keep that in mind). One thing that was really concerning was the cleanliness of the woman's bathroom, or lack there of. Luckily the stalls had paper, however the bathroom was filthy. Garbages were filled to the top and each of the stalls had toilet paper, some even had urine all over the floor.

  I have to change my review. First, If you want a eat and play combo, apparently you need a receipt and you can't use the card you currently have. You must get a new card and you need a receipt to claim your food but the kiosks doesn't print one. I then tried to get a receipt from the desk, but the lady couldn't print one up either. I tried to explain it to the host, who look like he was having a bad day, and he said I had to ask for a manager to print one. I do that, I get a manager, who also looks like he's having a bad day, and he tells me that I can get one of I have them print me one. #1) WHY ARE YOU GOING TO NOT AUTOMATICALLY PRINT A RECEIPT THAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO CLAIM THEIR FOOD! WHY DO YOU EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE THAT STATED ANYWHERE DURING THE TRANSACTION. Also, I get it, we all have bad days at work, but I just got here to get food and play games with my kids and every is acting like I've annoyed them all day. I just got here. If your hospitality job is annoying you to the point where you're not treating your customers with grace, then maybe there's a problem with the systems of you operation that are annoying you. So that's a problem for management.

  I've been visiting Dave & Buster's for years and have always had good experiences at various locations, especially the Islandia, NY location. Unfortunately, my visit today to the Westbury location with my husband and our 2 year old was incredibly disappointing. The games were the only highlight of our visit. The rest of the experience was one issue after another. The first thing we noticed was how filthy the restrooms were. The women's restroom was disgusting, and my husband said the men's restroom was just as bad. He even took pictures because we couldn't believe the condition they were in. We also had dinner, and the service was some of the worst we've experienced. Our waitress was polite, but she only checked on us once and it was well after our food had been finished. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet we repeatedly saw her standing across the room on her phone instead of checking on her tables. When we asked for our check, it took nine minutes to receive it, which I actually timed because the service had been so slow. We also had an issue when we requested a booster seat or high chair for our son. The hostess, who was wearing earbuds, brought both. I initially chose the high chair, but when my son refused to sit in it (typical 2 year old behavior), I politely asked if I could have the booster seat instead. She told me her shift was over and that she'd let someone else know. No one ever came. The children's macaroni and cheese was another disappointment. I understand kids' meals are meant to be smaller portions, but this serving looked like leftover scraps. My son was still hungry when we left, and I had to feed him again as soon as we got home.To top it off, we were charged $5 for a 22-ounce Miller Lite draft but $7.49 for a 16 ounce Miller Lite draft. If there was a promotion, why wasn't it explained? It made no sense that the smaller beer cost more than the larger one. By the end of the meal, we were so frustrated that we chose not to speak with management because we simply wanted to leave. We won't be returning to the Westbury location. Dave & Buster's corporate should take a serious look at what's happening there because this location is damaging the company's reputation.
