  Apparently Racism runs rampant at this location. I filed a complaint a month ago(please see below). It took the owner 3 weeks to get back to me to no avail. The owner never reached out to me or took any accountability to rectify the issue. Ive escalated this matter and look forward to rectification!

  What happened to Chipotles? First your customer service is very unprofessional. I am not happy with my service and plan on taking this further up the chain of command. This is the worst Chipotle and believe me I wasn't the only customer who vowed to never return back. This is my second complaint to Chipotle and it happened to me at another Chipotle. I will go elsewhere for my Mexican food. With all that's going on in the world. The last thing we need is to feel uncomfortable while out trying to have a decent time and meal.

  On 3/23/2026 at 8pm I placed a mobile order to avoid any bad experiences only for my experience to be worse! I came in waited near the mobile section which was empty, i informed the gentleman i was waiting for my mobile order which he did nothing. The short Latina woman working the mobile order station screamed at me telling me to go to the other side for no apparent reason! Meanwhile the store was almost empty, and I said absolutely nothing to her. If this is how she speaks to customers I can only imagine how she speaks to her employees. I will never return to this location ESPECIALLY if your employees are going to be rude and racist! I look forward to hearing back regarding this terrible embarrassing experience!

  All garbages overflowing, tables so dirty, dirty floor, messy soda counter. Disgusting. I got super small portions than most Chipotle's, the workers were clueless, literally said "I hope I can" to folding a burrito. Never going to this location EVER again.
