  First time here and was not disappointed. I had a bowl which included chicken and whatever else I wanted to add to it. Was enough food for 2 lunches and delicious!

  NO management Only young kids working there seem to not care about anything there doing and doesn’t seem to care to be there at work, the line build up because one person to serve and check out, one in the kitchen cooking and one doing online orders ,The skinny brown skin guy with the glasses served me very very small portion size all the tables to eat were disgusting and dirty. The floors, dirty garbage overflowing, no one to work to do anything The food was very salty. I had to complain about the chips extremely over salted, like someone threw a bucket of salt in a bag of chips. When I said to them, they just all watch each other and talking and no one said or did anything about it. There’s no management there, only kids working and seem to not care about anything not even looking happy or interesting in working there just Horrible service and salty food will not return there again

  I paid $23.41 for this order, including $6.10 for extra steak. I received less than a full spoonful of steak, even though I specifically paid extra for it. The steak and the other hot ingredients in my bowl were also cold when I received my food. I understand that the guacamole, pico de gallo, and lettuce are served cold, but the steak should have been hot. The portion was extremely disappointing, especially after paying extra for steak. I have photos of the food and receipt and would like a refund or appropriate compensation.

  To begin, the service at that location is the worst I have encountered. The manager and one employee displayed a poor attitude, which I observed around 9:40 p.m. The employee approached and began spraying chemicals on the table while I was eating about a foot away from my food. Please ask the employee to contact the manager. I explained the situation to the manager, but he simply did not care. You really need to retrain all these employees.
