  Food is fine but staff can benefit from basic training. Deandra is especially rude. Several customers ahead of us, and our crew tried so many times to engage with her and she doesent respond and points to the food options as if we all don’t speak a common language. She turned around and continued conversation with her colleagues which made it that much ruder. They were out of our protein and she told us we had to wait a few minutes which we were fine waiting for but then she slammed our bowls up front. Truly disgusted by her awful behavior and service. Do better.

  Fresh, flavorful, and consistently good every time I visit. The ingredients taste high quality, the portions are generous, and there are tons of options to customize your bowl exactly how you want it. The staff was friendly and moved the line quickly even during lunch rush. Everything tasted fresh, especially the pita chips and dips. Great spot for a healthy meal that still feels satisfying. Will definitely keep coming back!

  We’ve ordered twice for delivery through their website and do not think i will be ordering again. Small portions, careless packaging, and to top it off there was pieces of meat in my purely vegetarian order. Items were missing from my stepdaughters bowl including broccoli and lettuce and her falafel portion was supposed to be doubled, but was absolutely not. They didn’t pack my sides of sauce, which is basically irrelevant since there was meat in it anyway. Just an overall terrible experience. delivery took almost an hour and half and the driver apparently made other stops which made it take so long? i am jsut extremely dissatisfied

  Customer service is amazing in the morning compare to night!! I came yesterday upset about how night time is always getting my food wrong and everytime is dirty and rude. This young lady Ana was really nice and helpful she apologize and help me with my problem . This place is amazing but they really need to do something about night team . I also came back because i forgot to buy pita chips and the manager came and gave it to me and said it was okay again this is Great customer service !!! We need more people like this.

  I ordered two bowls through uber eats, one grain bowl with chicken and another green and grains bowl with chicken. when we mixed up our bowls my boyfriend realized there’s a couple pieces of raw chicken in there, not even slightly raw like a bit pink, it was straight up just raw chicken not even edible and so i checked mine as well. not only was the chicken raw but the forgot my sauce both my sauces in the bowl so the bowl was straight up dry with only harissa not even the crazy feta, skhug, garlic dressing or tzatziki that i ordered. and so we called the cava and a girl picked up, we weren’t being rude or anything we were polite. my boyfriend just asked if he can speak to a manager about this because uber eats wouldn’t get back to us, and the girl hung up. and so we tried calling again and the call was declined. i’ll attach a picture of what we found.
