  I’ve been here 4 times in the last few months and every single time there’s no line in the drive thru and yet they tell me to pull around to the front and make me wait almost 10 minutes for my food. Even if no one is behind me in the drive thru. Stop worrying about times or if you are so worried, GET MORE STAFF scheduled. Do better.

  I will start off by they are very busy so be patient. I came in here one day and I missed the chance to write a review but I figured id do it today. I came in one morning and ordered normally but they had just opened and fryer was not hot. Mike was his name. Awesome guy he hooked me up for the wait. Id say give that man a raise and let him teach the whole store.

  We had an issue with our mobile order at the drive through this evening and i have to say that was some of the best customer service i’ve experienced in a while. Mike made sure our food was fresh and hot. honestly some of the best nacho fries i’ve so had from this location in a minute! Not only that the wait time was under 5 minutes. 5 stars across the board!

  Stopped at the restaurant to grab something at 1:30 am after a long flight. Pull up to the drive thru and a woman says they are not taking anymore orders. I asked her if they are open till 2. She says yes but they ran out of all ingredients. Not sure if she realized how dumb that sounds. As a business owner myself if I had employees burning my company revenue I would replace them immediately. Obviously she doesn't value her job.
