  Drinks were pretty good but I ordered 2 lemonade refreshers, one small no green tea, and one medium sized. The people working there got them both wrong and put green tea in the small one and the medium sized one was a small size, and I got charged for a medium. Scam. Never come here.

  Watched the manager on 5/11 in the morning scream at all the girls on how to make the lattes saying I’m not gonna repeat myself , mind you it was also Mother’s Day this woman’s tone really affected my day and everyone else’s. did it ever occur to her that maybe if she showed them like a manager is supposed to do or talked to them like an actual person she wouldn’t have “to repeat herself” to everyone or they would maybe make it right? Maybe they don’t know how or are confused? I have never seen a person in charge talk to others like that she even put her hand up to her face. She could’ve gave her a demonstration, offered her help. But no straight nastiness. I run a coffee business myself and boy I would never let this person even in my employment. Im concerned for the employees. The energy given to the floor for the other workers I felt bad they all look scared. I even yelled at this woman for Talking to her employee like that as she then tried to start back talking to me for just standing there ruined my whole morning . She seems to be mad nothing is right but has 0 and I mean 0 skills to be in a position of lead. Who talks to others like this?even if they were doing it wrong your job as a manager is to collect yourself and show the right way. If there’s a mistake made, show them how to do it. Being nasty, putting your hand up and bringing a nasty assertive energy because you hate your job every morning to your floor isn’t the way to go. Hope that lady seeks help and the workers get a more postitive involved manager. This comment is for the worry of the people working there that was just awful to see, endure and feel. Woman is miserable.

  Best dunkin' in Buffalo clean friendly, very efficient, staff was very pleasant, manager on shift cared about her staff. I sat & listen to them as a cohesive team. No yelling no pointing finger. "You go do that". There was respect. "Could you please, or thank you for doing..."

  We love dunkins but, when we order in the mornings, the drinks are majority milk! Coffee/espresso should be the dominate taste, not milk. Service is speedy and very kind but who ever makes the coffees in the morning should reevaluate the amount of milk put into the drinks. I have to order an extra espresso shot to taste anything, which is pretty pricey and sometimes i dont even get the shot I paid for.

  Nothing like getting hash browns that are so old they are chewy...the bread was soggy...could at least toast or grill it...c'mon dunkin...do better ..
