  The cashier was very friendly, but that’s about all I can say about my visit today. The bbq brisket sandwich was close to inedible, being so burned and dry. The classic sandwich roll was burned as well. Normally I am pleased with Arby’s, but this was such a let down.

  This is my go-to Arby’s, and a restaurant I go to a lot, especially considering it’s very close to my house. Every single time I go my order is correct, the staff is very friendly, and of course the food is great (if you like Arby’s lol). I go here more than I’d like to admit but this location never lets me down! Everyone there is always cordial, and as I said, they have NEVER gotten my order wrong!!😎 People diss Arby’s, but this location proves them wrong I actively recommend this Arby’s to people who say they don’t like it or wouldn’t eat there, they don’t know what they’re missing!

  I don't think I've ever been disappointed in a fast food order so much. I actually felt it necessary to email the address for complaints on my receipt. Our food was cold and stale, the fries and fried chicken piece for my wife's sandwich had been sitting around a long time before going to us, and with the prices we paid, it'll be a very long time before I spend my money here again, if ever.
