- DPDead PoolMay 12, 20261.0The one star is for the SLOW super slow service. I just spent 80$ in there and im disgusted. Never had service so bad in my life. Waiter never asked how the food is. No manager around checking to see if the customers are happy. Its badly managed. The waiter figured hed get a tip no matter what, so why try?

Caitlyn the event manager was kind & communicative & really helped me feel like everything was taken care of. The server we had (forgot her name, red hair, tattoos and so kind!) was also great & took care of our whole party I have zero complaints and I would recommend anyone to host here.The food was also a bonus it was delicious which surprised me a bit but I would even have dinner here on a regular night lol!

When we tried to resolve it, the manager we spoke to wasn’t very helpful she didn’t really listen and came across like she was having a bad day. I get that happens, but as a manager, the way customers are treated matters. Overall, I’d probably only recommend coming here for the games or drinks at the bar and maybe when it’s not super busy.

The host, was pretty rude and came off as very standoffish, which wasn’t a great way to start the night. On the bright side, our waitress Janae was fantastic super friendly, attentive, and honestly the only reason the experience wasn’t a total loss. It also seemed like there was only one main area with TVs on the event, so our section felt really overcrowded and uncomfortable. Not the best setup for watching a big event. Overall, not a great experience, but we tried making the best of it.
