  ONE STAR. ABSOLUTELY FROG BEHAVIOR. I visited Dave & Buster’s yesterday and asked for a napkin. The employee handed me ONE napkin. One. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. Does Chesterfield know about this? Is this what Buster wanted? Is Ernest running some kind of napkin dictatorship behind the scenes? I stood there in complete disbelief, holding my single napkin like a war veteran holding his final photograph. General Jr. would have wept. The bald frog would have resigned on the spot. Even the garden gnome outside seemed to turn away in shame. I have spent years building trust with establishments, and Dave & Buster’s destroyed that trust in approximately 4.7 seconds. My hands were slightly greasy, and apparently that was my problem to deal with. What happened to hospitality? What happened to humanity? What happened to the second napkin? I demand a formal investigation. I want Chesterfield in the courtroom, Buster on the witness stand, Ernest reviewing security footage, General Jr. issuing a public statement, the bald frog heading the investigation, and the garden gnome serving as an independent observer. I am not asking for compensation. I am asking for justice. I will never financially recover from this emotional catastrophe. My grandchildren will hear about the day Dave & Buster’s gave their grandfather ONE NAPKIN. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS. If you have two hands, they will apparently expect you to make do with one napkin. Disgraceful. Shameful. Historically unprecedented. I give it one star because zero stars would imply I had nothing left to give. Unfortunately, Dave & Buster’s has already taken everything. Chesterfield, you know what you did.

  Went to Dave and Buster’s for their awesome wing special ($10 for 10) and sat at the bar. Karine was the best, she was so sweet, kept checking up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back and hopefully get Karine again!!!

  This place was so friendly and the staffs were extremely kind. Workers like Angela did their best to ensure that even Muslims were able to access halal fries. Thanks to her and a guy (I don’t remember his name), we had a great time here. Thank you guys so much!!!

  I have to give credit to this D&B in the mall. It is huge, fun and they really try to do everything to get you in. I like all the different types of payment options for games, the happy hour deals for adults, the special 50% off days, the amount of TVs for sports, parties, etc. And the employees are for the most part very friendly and helpful. 1 negative thing, they could use another bartender in the arcade bar during busy times like Sunday afternoons during football, it takes forever to get a drink. I will mention the bartender there on Sundays is super nice and friendly. My other knock is that there are many games that are out of service or not plugged in. Also, these games are all 99% kids games that require mindless button mashing. It would be nice to include a few traditional arcade games for not only the kids but the adults as well. Games we loved growing up, like Street Fighter, Double Dragon, Golden Axe, Simpsons, TMNT arcade game, I mean where's the Dance Dance games? Do D&B even like arcade games? or they're just another place to do claw machines and the biggest scam of all time, ticket games. Edit response to owner: I appreciate it! But let's be honest, you know what you are. I want you to succeed and be a place where my kids and I can go often and BOTH have fun. Right now, there is ZERO real arcade games. It is all gimmicky games, racing games, mash dumb colored sensor games and basically kids gambling games in exchange for a plastic toy made in China for 2 cents. I want to be a repeat customer! I want to play games too! Who brings the kids in weekly? the parents! Parents have the Credit Cards! And parents want to play too. You have a whole DEAD section in the corner with unlit broken games. Give us what we want and we will show up.

  We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Dave and Buster's and it was a wonderful experience. Nathan provided outstanding service! He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the day special. If you want exceptional service and a memorable celebration, be sure to ask for Nathan! Highly recommend!
