  Everything you would expect from a stop and shop. Friendly staff, plenty of cashier lanes open as well as self checkout.

  this place is disgraceful and don't even know WHY its open!!!! There are THREE people who are assets to that company and that is Noel who i believe does stock and clean up, The jamaican man who collects the carts, and a beautiful cashier , a young girl with a thick afro... Other than that I would not give two cents for anyone else there! They are rude, NOT helpful, and get paid to do nothing for customer service!!!! The Franklin Square store is where I will be shopping now and it's a shame because I live down the block from the West Hempstead store! I have bought items that were molded on many occasions, freezer burned etc this place is a JOKE!!!! I placed an instacart order this MORNING, they tried this afternoon to tell me their site was down and no orders were gonna be filled after taking my money! I cancelled and reordered to the Franklin Square address which is less than 7 minutes away and definately on the same computer systems, and low n behold my order will be READY in an HOUR!! West Hempstead location didn't want to be bothered to fill it! Their site not working was a lie as CORPORATE checked and told me OTHERWISE!!!! You guys are a disgrace! You need to remember that without customers, you don't get PAID!!! SMH i'm so ANGRY and DONE with that place!!!

  I have been going to this place for 20 years and this WOULD be the last time this stop and stop will be seeing me. There is this young gentlemen by the name of Jeremiah. His attitude was DISGUSTING. I am hard of hearing and I did let them know beforehand. He kept rolling his eyes and purposely covering his mouth while speaking to me. I mean come on! Who does these kind of things? This experience was very belittling and I just cant believe they hire people like this.

  my girlfriend is uncomfortable shopping at this location due to a gentleman who works at the self check out area. he’s a black gentleman who typically wears a paper medical mask & has glasses. although it probably comes from a good place, he is extremely invasive & causes us both to be very uncomfortable when he gets too personal & up close. he’s also yelled at me for putting my bags in the wrong spot one night. i hope someone can talk to him about boundaries
