  I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. Multiple cars were waiting on drive through line beeping just to get attention, while being completely ignored. Manager is not leading well, they ran out of cheese. After waiting for a minimum of 35 min for my food (which was cold), my tacos had the tiniest bit of chicken , and had no cheese like I originally ordered, there were no apologies. I more than likely won't be returning to or recommending this location to anyone. Save your time and go to Palisades Mall Chipotle for better food and better experience.

  Worst experience… I ordered one bowl sat down and ate then went back and ordered one to go… while the worker was making my first bowl.. she had the nerve to take the cheese & tomato’s that fell off the counter and throw them back in the container… I asked for extra chicken and they were still cheap with it ( mind you it’s $4.25 for extra chicken) & not to be rude.. the workers are a bit off… this is a fast paced environment.. if you can’t get with the program then you shouldn’t be working here! Workers should definitely have more etiquette for people’s food as well..

  The music at this Chipotle location was quite loud, with two different songs playing simultaneously, making it difficult to converse with the staff at the counter. Individuals who are easily overwhelmed might find the environment challenging. Additionally, there was a wait of approximately 30 minutes due to the high volume of customers both inside and at the drive-thru. The portion sizes appeared somewhat small, though this could be attributed to the busy period. Despite these observations, the staff members were exceptionally polite and appeared to be making a concerted effort, suggesting that improved management might significantly enhance the overall experience.

  Stay away from this Chipotle. They clearly do not know how to handle and serve their clients. Pre ordered food only to wait on the drive through for 45 minutes for pick up. Staff member when asked confirmed that my food order has been ready for almost 40 minutes. I complained that it was cold and i wasn’t handed over my drink. When i asked for the drink the staff asked me for what type of drink instead of reading the order screen. To top it all off the lemonade barely tasted as lemonade but rather like water. Not sure if they are that stupid or if this is related to the owner and managers not truly building the appropriate team we have come to experience in other Chipotle stores. Stay away if you can! You are wasting your money at the West Haverstraw Chipotle! See the picture for yourself… food and drink had to go to the garbage..

  Overall, the food was good and tasted fresh, so I don’t have any complaints about the quality. However, my experience at checkout wasn’t great. I ordered a kids’ meal, which already includes a drink, but I was charged for an additional drink anyway. I didn’t notice until after paying, which was frustrating. The checkout process also took much longer than it should have. My food was already prepared, but I, along with several other customers, had to wait because the cashier seemed unsure of how to use the register. She repeatedly had to ask other employees for help and still made multiple mistakes, which slowed down the entire line. I understand that everyone has to learn, and I have no problem with new employees being trained. I just think it would help if they had more support or training before working the register on their own. The food was enjoyable, but the checkout experience definitely needs improvement.
