  Very clean & friendly inside,the option to use a " DISCOUNT" card if your not local or do not want to sign up for a card is AMAZING! The robot though.....Well I guess it takes time to get used to LOL

  Terrible experience and customer service from the deli department. I was waiting for someone to help me And when someone finally asked me what I needed I told them that I needed to place a catering order. He told me that the other guy would help me. The other guy comes over and starts helping other customers that came after me and then finally, when he was done helping them, he had asked me what I needed. I asked if I can place a small platter of wraps for tomorrow night and he just flatly said no I was confused and then he said that all orders need to be placed 48 hours before. Mind you last time I placed an order it was the day before and they took it no problem. I asked him to make an exception since I was not aware this was the policy since it was not applied last time around and he said no can-do. Needless to say this is not a specialty deli and people go to places like this for last minute things and they are not very accommodating with that. He also did not have to be rude about it. I went to King Cullen three minutes away and they were able to accommodate me without any issues whatsoever. I will be going there from here on out. Not to mention, they pride themselves on making everything fresh so 48 hours does not seem very fresh to me!!!

  This is just horrible me and my mom and her boyfriend were here a few weeks ago he was helping us with food I open this and find a sharp object in the kit kat 😱😱 I never experienced this in my life those bad batches must be taking off the shelves immediately!!!!!!!!!!!

  Wouldn't go back.. Employee there Wouldn't help me, after I waved for help at the self check out. Her response was "she's not over there",, ummm ma'am you work there ANY customer that comes to you, you help.. whether that means you get someone else to help me.. then as I am leaving I tell my husband and Mom how ridiculous that was, and the "I'm not over there lady hears this and proceeds to say something to me.. As my only response to her was BYE.. Ma'am you need an in-service on customer service because you stink at it..

  I noticed the management of this store seem to think they work in the corporate world as they walk around the store aimlessly in nice clothes. Clothes can't buy intelligence. The Freezers have had built up Frost for over a month now and it's freezer burning the product. Do Your Job
