- CHCourtney Hotchkiss1 day ago1.0So I'm an older lady, I dont use food apps, it was after 6 in the morning and I just wanted an ice coffee. The girl on the drive though speaker yelled at me for not using the app and mocked me to her coworkers about my lack of app usage. I ended up driving away never did get my coffee, I was left humiliated and embarrassed. The customer service is severely lacking at this location . A simple we're not set up for drive though just yet would have been sufficient, I did not deserve to be mocked and to have service denied out right.

- MBMelly BeeMay 2, 20261.0I went to get breakfast this morning. I arrived at about 10 mins to 11 on a Saturday. The menu still showed breakfast was available. I was in the right hand side drive thru. The person at the window kept taking the left side orders instead of mine. Four cars went ahead of me. In that time they switched to lunch/dinner menu. I had to drive to the first window because they kept taking the left sides order and not mine and when I got there they would not serve me breakfast. I tried to go in and make a formal complaint but there was not a single worker in sight to speak with. Last night I also went through the drive thru and sat there for over a half hour waiting for food. They need to figure out a better system or hire someone more competent. If you are looking for something quick to eat avoid this place at all cost. You will have better luck next door at Burger King.
