  I’ve been going to this location since the Soccer Sam’s days in Webster—after church, after games, it’s always been a go-to for years. Recently I had a really different experience. I was told they could only take payment over the phone and not cash in person, and they couldn’t find my name in the system. I’ve never run into that before here. Not sure if it’s a policy change or new management, but it definitely felt off compared to how it used to be. Hoping they get things back to how they were.

  The lady messed up my order she gave me two meatballs when I asked what is the smallest spaghetti size you guys have she said it was a small but instead she messes up my order and gives me two meatballs so I want back told the manager what happened on my menu got messed up the meal got messed up some other employees says you can't keep those meatballs and I said the manager said I could so what the manager comes and does the manager all of a sudden comes back and says yeah you can't keep those meatballs and I said I thought you said I could while I'm waiting for my spaghetti since the lady messed up my order so he took the meatballs back and I left I do not recommend this place they're always screwing up orders the other Salvatore's is way better and they like to take stuff back if they mess up your order even though the manager said I could keep the meatballs he took them back anyways makes no sense because one employee complain saying we need the meatballs back and I said to the employee the manager said I can keep the meatballs and then he turns around and says I can't what kind of self-service is that that's not how our manager handles stuff very unprofessional I do not recommend this place at all

  Try the grilled chicken wings they take 45mins to get the best. Patty the bartender is the best she will remember your name and what you drink after she meets you .

  First of all, I appreciate the drive-up window because I cannot walk. And as far as the pie: Everybody has their preferred style of pizza; and Salvatore's is mine. Their regular crust is hearty but not thick. It is cooked all the way through and just enough char on the crust to add another layer to the flavor of each bite. Here is a picture of my birthday pizza! It is actually my Mother's birthday. But when I created my Salvatore's Rewards account, I used her birthday and every year she was just pleased as punch to go for her birthday Pizza. Now she's passed on but I still have her pizza on her birthday in her honor. 🧡
