I understand they were very busy with a BOGO special, but it was beyond unacceptable for people to be waiting over an hour. And to make matters worse, they were still taking orders. Why? Why not temporarily shut your system down to catch up on the orders you currently have that you can’t meet? Also, the manager guy was absolutely horrendous. He kept telling people it would be a “short wait”. No bro, it definitely won’t be a short wait at all. Never seen so many angry people but I don’t blame them for how things were handled. First and last time coming there.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
