  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I visited the Dunkin inside the Walmart in Webster around 3:00 PM and was completely ignored for about 10 minutes. There were four employees working, all of whom saw me standing at the register, yet no one greeted me or offered to take my order. I even moved closer to the register thinking they thought I was still looking at the menu, but I continued to be ignored. At one point, one employee asked, “Who’s going to help them?” Another replied, “I don’t know, I’m doing samples,” while holding a single sample cup, and they laughed. Another employee had AirPods in. I was the only customer waiting. I finally told my boyfriend, “Let’s just leave,” and as we walked out, the employees laughed and one of them said, “If you wanted coffee, you could have made it at home.” I’ve worked in customer service, and I understand busy days happen. This wasn’t that. It was simply rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated this way.
