I'm starting to wonder if the managers/owner of this location even cares about customer experience OR their employees. My autistic daughter has very few preferred foods. One of them is the egg and cheese wake up wraps from dunkin. We order them A LOT for breakfast and they are perfect. In the past month my daughter has requested them for dinner twice. And two times they came burnt to a crisp via door dash. The first time this happened I called the store....6x before the call was answered. My concerns were met with attitude and accusations of being a liar and eventually being hung up on. Fast forward to tonight. I decide to go to the store myself to prove how burnt they were and to correct the issue. Again, the same young lady, gives me attitude. She first claimed they weren't burnt when she made them, then blamed the machine and when I gave the attitude right back she was appalled that someone my age could act that way to a teenager. 1) she needs to learn real quick that the energy you give is the energy you will get. She also needs to learn customer service and accountability. 2) i also understand her frustration. I walked in and she was the ONLY employee taking orders. From the drive thru, mobile orders and walk-ins. Another employee was mopping the floors(almost 2 hours before closing mind you). When I watched this young lady drop a drink then walk to the back in frustration I was shocked to see a 3rd employee come out. Where is the team work? Upon initial heated exchange tempers calmed and a discussion was had. These employees expressed that they had gone to their manager and asked for help and were ignored. That is a huge problem. HOWEVER, these young employees also were not trained well enough, or dont care enough, to work together as a team. As someone in the food industry for over 30 years I know there are closing duties. Paperwork, moppingN stocking etc. But I also know in this industry you cant expect to leave right at closing time. The other two employees should have been assisting young Jordyn with all the orders. Maybe then she qould not have been so overwhelmed. Maybe then she would not have been in tears and gave attitude when a customer came in with a problem with their order. Either way, I blame the managers and the owner of this location. If these employees truly came to you asking for help and you ignored them, shame on you. At the end of the day, you are representing a brand; quality, consistency and accountability for mistakes needs to be a priority. And it clearly isn't.

Not a place worth stopping. Seems like distracted service inside . No leadership just getting by

Usually, the service here is great, but today felt like my 12-year-old accidentally ordered a drink from the future and had to wait for tomorrow to arrive. He ordered, paid, and then waited. And waited. And waited some more. Meanwhile, about five people who ordered after him got their drinks first, which made me wonder if his beverage had entered witness protection. When I asked about it, I was told to wait. Then I watched the employee stroll by once, twice, take a scenic route to the back, bump into a coworker holding cups, and eventually return to ask how she could help me. I asked about the missing drink, and she turned around to discover it had been sitting behind her the entire time. So, usually great service, but today was more of a slow-motion treasure hunt with a drink at the end.
