Their outdoor seating was removed some time ago, so they aren't dog-friendly anymore. Linda and a couple other team members helped us find an alternative solution. The food wasn't bad.
- JMJohn MichaelSep 14, 20261.0I placed an online order at 6:50 PM based off of the estimation of it being ready at 7:06. I didn’t leave the store with my cold food until 7:30 PM. I’m not an unreasonable person. I understand that things come up and sometimes estimates are incorrect but when I tried to cancel my order because I couldn’t wait any longer, I had to be somewhere, I was told that I could not. The sandwich itself was very sloppy, cold, and very soggy and wet. It went right in the garbage. I would’ve been better off taking a $20 bill and flushing it down the toilet. It used to be that DiBella’s made the sub in front of you so it was never messed up. Now they don’t and they often mess up the order. The subs are also very inconsistent as far as how much meat and toppings they put in. Overall quality and impression has really gone down hill these past several years

However I thought it was odd orders are now taken at the register where we usually pay instead of at the counter where the food is prepared as you guide them through your toppings as they build your like previous visits for decades. After 20 minutes of watching and waiting and thinking, it became obvious that this was to cater to the people who choose to use the online delivery services vs the customer in front of you. 20 minutes is an outrageous amount of time for two cold subs. I was told to have a good night, as they could see everyone in that location was bothered by the wait. I will not wait 20 minutes again and pay 30$ for a medium sub, a small sub, one drink, and a bag of chips. They have a great product hands down, but not 20 minutes good.
