  The help is just flat out lazy … no products refilled as in lids and utensils & ice… switch my food with someone else and the place was filthy

  I suppose it's a sign of the times. Line halfway out the door, five employees behind the counter, one taking, completing, and cashing out orders. Although I must say the takeout person was going almost twice as fast but then they didn't have to deal with customers unsure of the difference between beef and chicken. Food was decent. Inside dining could use a good pressure washing and why there's one 30 gallon garbage can for an obvious 110 gallon operation is a mystery.

  I honestly love chipotle and their food but most day just gets out of hand like some days. The line is extremely long and then the next second they run out of chicken so then you have to wait another 15 minutes for them to cook the chicken cut the chicken prepare the chicken and do everything so that takes a very long time and most days are out of all the items so you have to wait even longer for them to make them like they're almost always out of guacamole and I have to wait in line in order for them to make it and it takes way longer like most of the time the lions are crazy like sometimes they literally reached to the door like the entrance door and most times are chicken has literally burnt and disgusting like to the point I literally scoop it out of my bowl and put it in the trash and eat the rest of the bowl without chicken and also I don't know if this is a chipotle problem or a DoorDash problem but no matter how many times I've ordered on DoorDash I always can got my order with half the chipotle bowl missing and they always get it wrong no matter how much I try no matter how much I check over my DoorDash order like I promise you there's always half a bowl empty like it's never a full entire bowl. It's always halfway empty even though I paid like $20 for it. Other than that the at mostly clean like sometimes the tables of crumbs on it, but obviously they probably don't have time to clean it every time a customer leaves cause it's not a restaurant but other than that it's good. The service could sometimes be mean like the ladies that work there could give you like an eye roll or something or give you dirty looks. So like I don't recommend coming here if you're in a rush, but if you have no time to waste, then you could come here. One bowl gets me full for like an entire day and I don't even finish it like I can binge eat, and my friends literally called me a vacuum because of how fast and how much I eat, but chipotle gets me full for the entire day maybe even the next

  Worst restaurant I’ve been to. The last 3 online orders I’ve ordered from here have been completely wrong, not even close to what I ordered. The most incompetent staff I’ve come across. I never review anything because I usually don’t care but I had to do it for this nonsense. Avoid this place

  This Chipotle location needs to be shut down or completely cleaned house from management to staff. I have NEVER experienced such a consistently disgusting, poorly managed restaurant. Every single time I come here, there is confusion, incompetence, and employees acting like they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. But today I witnessed something that was completely unacceptable: employees were literally putting their hands through their hair, scratching their scalps, and then going RIGHT BACK TO HANDLING FOOD. 🤮 How is this acceptable in a restaurant?! If you are handling food, KEEP YOUR HANDS OUT OF YOUR HAIR and follow basic food-safety and sanitation practices. I should not have to stand there wondering what an employee has touched before touching the food that is being served to me. And the entire store was disgusting and completely unprepared. There was STILL AN HOUR before closing and they were already out of everything — no chips, no napkins, multiple food items unavailable, and apparently nothing stocked or prepared. What kind of operation is this? Then I watched an employee in front of me decide to give another customer extra food and free items. Employees should not be deciding who gets special treatment or changing portions whenever they feel like it. If there are company policies for portions, discounts, or complimentary food, FOLLOW THEM. This isn’t one bad day. This is a PATTERN every single time I come here: filthy, disorganized, poorly trained employees, horrible customer service, no urgency, no preparation, and absolutely no pride in the food they are serving. CHIPOTLE CORPORATE — YOU NEED TO INVESTIGATE THIS LOCATION. The employees need to be retrained, management needs to be held accountable, and honestly, I don’t know how this location is still operating like this. A restaurant should not be running out of basic supplies an hour before closing, and customers should NEVER have to watch employees touch their hair and then handle food. I am completely done spending my money at this location. Chipotle has failed miserably here, and corporate needs to step in before someone gets seriously sick.
