I genuinely do not understand how this Chipotle continues operating at this level. Every single visit feels like walking into a crisis management simulation. The line is out the door, online orders are stacked into chaos behind the counter, and the employees look completely burnt out and defeated before you even reach the front. And honestly, I don’t blame the workers nearly as much as management. This place is catastrophically understaffed. There’s clearly no system for handling in-store customers versus mobile orders, so everyone just stands around getting angrier while employees scramble in every direction. Nobody seems empowered to triage anything logically. It’s pure disorder. But the food has somehow become even worse than the experience. I have not had even a “meh” burrito from this location in at least six months. Every order is sloppy, cold, poorly portioned, or thrown together like the staff has mentally checked out halfway through wrapping it. Again, probably because they’re overworked beyond reason. Chipotle used to be reliable.
Between this location and the one on empire near Bay town plaza I don't know which is worse? I'll never eat at another chipotle so long as I breath air. 1) disgusting mess of a dining room. 2) had none of the new chicken on the menu, NO GUAC?? It's like the foundation of chipotle and no guac for chips or a burrito. No drinks made in the bubblers. Whatever part of my burrito was ice cold, maybe the corn, maybe the cilantro lime sauce, it was ice cold. Maybe this place just doesn't have enough staff, but we saw ar least 5 different employees. Of all the places in the plaza we could have gone, I don't think we could have worse. The food at the pet store might have been better. Never again.

This place is horrible. Went in around 9pm (my first mistake) and there was a line of about 5 people in front of me. There was one employee making online orders and one employee serving the walk-in line. The lady serving the walk-ins could not have moved any slower if she had cinderblocks for feet. It took well over 45 minutes for me to finally be served, and they were out of most ingredients. The employees were openly bashing management, talking on their phones, etc. The unprofessionalism is astonishing. The employee cashing me out at the register took an incredibly long time because SHE WAS TEXTING and ignoring me. I had to wait over a minute for her to get off her phone and cash me out. Nobody is forcing you to work at chipotle. ALSO, I have not been to this location in at least a year and had the place not covered in garbage and food. I will never step foot in that dump again. It’s literally so easy, scoop the food with a smile, pick up after yourself, prep food ahead of time. If you left me by myself in the kitchen, I could have churned out all the customers in half the time. WHAT A JOKE. Close up shop, you guys are clearly in over your head

I am consistently disappointed by this Chipotle. Many of my on line orders are always ready well after the expected time. Tonight it was 45 min later and when I went in, while I was waiting because they didn’t put chips in my bag, a worker was cutting up cooked meat and then proceeded to put a long piece in his mouth and let it hang out and chew it while patrons were all observing and he was still prepping food. Unsanitary and inappropriate. I wish my children didn’t like it as I would not ever return based on tonight’s experience.
I came 20-30 minutes before closing. They were out of the smaller cups, out of the watermelon limeade I ordered, and apparently out of peppers and onions which I guess they didn’t feel like making. As a result my veggie burrito was mostly rice (with some hard bits). I wasn’t pleased that they passed it off to me without the main ingredients I ordered.
