Placed is trashed, ordered online to avoid a ridiculous wait and didn’t get my food on time anyways. Portions are ridiculously small (or the workers just didn’t care) …stopped in for a quick bite and will literally never come back. Based on the reviews, this place needs an overhaul.
What an absolute mess this place is. I rarely go to Chipotle because their food here is always short of airplane quality. This recent trip was far from good, service was terrible. No one looked like they wanted to be there, the music is blasting so its hard to hear them even speak. Who ever was cooking had their phone out while cooking and the manager was standing right next to them without a care in the world, and they are constantly out of stuff during lunch time. Terrible management , terrible cleanliness, worst chipotle I've been to.

First of all, I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7pm and it wasn’t ready until 7:30. The workers who make the online orders are incredibly slow and literally just talk to one another instead of making the food. It’s always dirty and the workers always appear to be in a bad mood. Most importantly, my bowl was not even halfway full. I order it with white rice, half steak half chicken and there was barely any food whatsoever. I paid $16 for a half filled bowl, no thank you. This is the worst location in Rochester , do not come here. Chipotle, train your employees better! It’s embarrassing.
This Webster location is absolutely filthy. Every inch of the place is filthy. They need to hire a cleaner. This is a violation on so many levels. I read other reviews and it seems like it’s getting ignored and nothing being done about it. I just went in there days ago.Had to clean an area to sit down. The drink area is a mess. Food everywhere on the floor and every table . Bathroom was the worse ,no toilet paper. This is unacceptable!!!! Upper management please listen to and do something. Don’t say you’re sorry and not do anything . Do better please. Take care of this
Absolutely the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to order, only to be told when I finally reached the front that they were out of chicken. Instead of letting everyone in line know ahead of time, they waited until we’d already wasted our time. I decided to wait another 15–20 minutes while they cooked more chicken.
When the chicken was finally done, they took it straight to the mobile order line instead of serving the customers who had been standing there the entire time. Then they told everyone still waiting in line that they had no chicken. After wasting nearly 40 minutes of my time, I walked out with nothing.
At that point, yes, I was frustrated, and I said something about how ridiculous the situation was. Instead of handling it like someone in customer service should, the employee got frustrated back, started talking smart to me, and had a rude attitude. If you can’t handle dealing with frustrated customers professionally, you shouldn’t be working in customer service.
This location has no respect for customers’ time, terrible communication, and employees with awful attitudes. The entire staff seemed completely disorganized and didn’t care about the people standing there waiting. I’ll never spend another dollar at this Chipotle again, and I recommend everyone else save themselves the headache and eat somewhere else.
