I've gone twice. First time, the doors were locked at 230 in the afternoon. The workers moved around inside of the store to attempt to remain out of sight when I went to the different doors, but were clearly uninterested in providing service. When i made it clear i wasnt leaving without an explination, one employee shooed me away through the glass windows. Myself and the other customers trying to get in just looked at one another in bewilderment. "Did that really just happen" Should have been the end right there. Sadly, the second and last time, I swear the employees had a contest going to see who could be more put off by customers. It wasnt even like they were annoyed. It was like you peed in their cheerios. An older woman went back in line and asked for more sour cream and they literally sighed. I've never seen anything like it in any restaurant. They were also out of multiple essential items, but daily staples like tortillas seems more than just a busy night. I made the mistake of going a second time, thats on me. But I won't ever make the mistake of a third. Especially with so many more authentic options in the area and close in price.

I am extremely disappointed with this Chipotle location. I understand that staffing shortages can happen, but this restaurant has been closing 3–4 hours early almost every day for the past two weeks, which is unacceptable.
It seems like management may have changed in the past few months because it was never like this before. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere has noticeably declined. The employees often appear unhappy to be there, and the landscaping around the building looks neglected and poorly maintained.
The soda machine has also been broken for several months. Labels have been removed, water is constantly pooling on the floor, and there are no signs warning customers not to use it. This creates both an unpleasant experience and a potential safety hazard.
I used to enjoy coming to this location, but the lack of upkeep, consistency, and communication has made it very disappointing to visit.

ZERO STARS!!!! Absolutely unacceptable.
I placed a catering order with the Chipotle on Empire Blvd four days in advance for my daughter's 9th birthday party. When my husband arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the store was completely closed and empty. He knocked on the doors, called the store repeatedly, honked his horn, and tried every possible way to get someone's attention. No one answered.
What makes this even worse is that he could clearly see our completed catering order sitting inside the restaurant through the pickup area, yet there was no employee available to help us or even explain what was happening.
We immediately contacted corporate expecting them to take ownership of the situation and help find a solution. Instead, we were essentially told, "Submit a refund request." A refund does not feed the 20 people standing in my house expecting food. A refund does not fix the chaos and embarrassment of scrambling to find last-minute catering for a child's birthday party.
The complete lack of accountability from both this location and Chipotle corporate is astounding. If you are unable to fulfill catering orders, stop accepting them. If your store is going to be closed, notify your customers. Leaving a prepaid catering order locked inside an abandoned restaurant with no communication is beyond unprofessional.
This experience ruined a portion of my daughter's birthday celebration and showed a complete disregard for your customers' time, money, and special events.
I will never order from this location again, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using this Chipotle for catering. The risk simply isn't worth it.
The guy who wrapped my burrito just rolled it into a ball and tore holes in the tortilla. The quality of the food is always good, but I don’t understand why a restaurant that primary sells burritos can’t figure out how to wrap one. I genuinely couldn’t have wrapped this worse if I tried.

Extremely disappointed with both this Chipotle location and the customer service experience.
Last week I ordered a bowl and received mostly rice with missing ingredients and a different protein than what was ordered. I let it go. Today, I ordered again from the same location and once again received an incomplete meal — missing protein, guacamole, and several toppings that were fully paid for.
Because the order was so incomplete, my husband drove back to the store to physically show the food to the employees. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff refused to issue a refund and simply said, “that’s all there is,” directing us to call customer service instead.
This was especially frustrating because the restaurant is not close to our home, meaning we spent extra time and gas driving back and forth just to show that the order was clearly incomplete.
When I contacted customer service, I was told they would not review the previous order because more than 7 days had passed, yet no clear public policy could be provided for customers to read.
What makes this even more frustrating is that if ingredients are unavailable, the app and website should reflect that BEFORE customers pay. Customers should not be charged full price for items the restaurant already knows it cannot provide.
People order food because they are hungry and expecting dinner — not expecting to open a bag full of mostly rice and then spend their evening driving back to the restaurant and arguing for a refund.
Very disappointing experience overall.
