  Place was disgusting and dirty. I wish I could upload a photo Also they had no forks and said sorry, truck in coming tomorrow meanwhile Wegmans is across the street. Seriously manager...go buy some forks you're taking out money so I know you have it. I guess I'll eat with a knife. This place has gone downhill fast

  Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Ordered online, sat and waited at the window for close to 30 minutes before my food was ready. Employees don't care. Chips were stale. Never going here again.

  Ordered for p/u at the same time as a friend. Went in to pick up order, they went through drive thru p/u. 2 employees ignored me for the 1st 2 minutes I stood there as they don't put p/u orders on the shelf, you have to ask. The doorbell went off bc my friend was at the drive thru. They served him 1st, and then seemed to realize I had been standing there waiting & gave me my order. My steak burrito was almost inedible there was SO much grizzle in the steak pieces. My son had "double protein, but it really didn't seem like it & when we weighed them to figure out which was which (bc they didn't label them at all) they were almost the same even though other ingredients were exactly the same. This is the 3rd disappointing Chipotle visit in a row (1 at a nearby location, 2 at this one) & we are done. I also noticed the restaurant seemed pretty dirty inside too, despite not being busy at all for about 4:30 on a weeknight.

  Avoid at all costs. I’ve given this store several opportunities, but the majority of my orders for pickup have been wrong across multiple items and the response by the automated Chipotle AI messenger is to give me a coupon for low value items that I normally don’t buy (like a drink) instead of refunding items that couldn’t even been eaten. Worst experience…I’m not sure how they could be so incompetent preparing simple food items.

  Not sure what I could add that hasn't already been said. But I suppose I'll try. This place, these people: they don't like you. They don't want you there. Look at the reviews. Trust the reviews. Do you know how hard it is to get a low review on Google when you're a major brand that pays to juice the ratings? Crowdsourced honesty is telling you that you should only go here out of morbid curiosity. You still shouldn't. Don't listen to yourself. You know the twist at the end of Soylent Green? It's like that except distain. No spoilers. If you still want Chipotle: go to the one three miles down the road in any direction. It'll be an order of magnitude better and clearly outside the blast radius of whatever chemical accident left this place and it's zombified staff slinging the coldest, oldest, most hatefully prepared burritos on either side of the Rio Grande.
