  After a long day at work, I stopped at Chipotle expecting a healthy, satisfying meal. Instead, I had one of the worst dining experiences. Half of the protein options were unavailable, and my bowl was mostly dried rice, a small amount of dried black beans, salsa, and crema. The food was poorly prepared and very disappointing. Definitely not the quality or experience I expected from Chipotle.

  Workers don’t care to give you hot food, everything is cold. Interesting how rude they can be too. Really not sure how management is taking care of this but people who are going to disrespect others should not be working in service! Waited in the drive through for 45 minutes so that’s an issue in itself.

  This Chipotle is the absolute worst. Our family has made multiple attempts at going to this location since it’s so close. The place is almost never open with employees inside or there is a sign on the door that the are closed because they don’t have enough staff. The final straw was when we placed a catering order for our daughter’s birthday over a week in advance. They waited till half enough before our party started to tell us they didn’t have enough employees to fulfill the order and canceled it. Then had the nerve to say it was our responsibility to call other local chipotles to pick up the order. Which ended up with everyone telling us no. To management, don’t bother writing on this that you would love to reach out about our experience. My family was treated with such disrespect. I just want other people to know how awful this location is and avoid it at all costs.

  We’ve given this location numerous tries, but consistently have issues. They are often out of critical ingredients or they are old and dried out. My orders are often incorrect and we’ve gotten gamey meat before. The staff is also often rude or unresponsive. We got a quesadilla thinking “it’s only 2 ingredients, they can’t mess it up” but it was totally burned and black on the bottom and tasted like ashes. Disappointing!
