  Went here today with my family for dinner. Amy our waitress was amazing, However when it came to the drinks I didn't appreciate the bartender arguing that my daughter's drink was made right when in fact it wasn't. The bartender actually withheld our drinks for over 10min while waiting on other people just out of spite. When we order our second round of apps. Our cheesesticks were taken and given to someone else at the bar. I appreciate everything Amy did for us but the bartender was unacceptable

  Our beautiful waitress Dólce was absolutely amazing and the main reason why I decided to give 5 stars. The food was perfect as well. Shout out to the chef ✔️✅️ Wonderful experience at this location. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ We'll be back soon to celebrate a few birthdays 😃🥳🎉🎈🎂

  1st time ever eating here. Service was subpar. Had a party of 4. Appetizers were suppose to be bottomless for a fixed cost. That was false. Waitress never refilled them until we asked even though it was clear we were waiting for them to be refilled by the dirty dishes and empty plates sitting at the edge of the table for over 15 minutes. When they were served they were served cold. Ordered mozzarella sticks and chips with salsa and then queso. 5 mozzarella sticks between 4 ppl and the queso was served cold, lacking flavor and extremely watery. Mentioned it to the waitress and she just shrugged and walked away. A member of our party ordered wedges with their meal and was served fries. Again waitress did nothing to remedy it. We were told wings were buy one get one free so 2 ppl ordered wings (15 each). We weren't told the promo was for boneless only until after the order went through. We accepted that. We then had to rearrange how we were all sitting because they served wings for 2 ppl on opposite sides of the tables on only 1 plate so they had to eat 2 different kinds of wings off the same plate. Told waitress when she brought the food and she just said she would bring them separate plates to use rather than fixing the mistake. Plates never came. One flavor of wings was lacking flavor while the other flavor of wings was overpowering with flavor where they were inedible so both members that ordered the wings were left with inedible meals served on a single plate they had to share. Dirty dishes were continuously stacked nice and neat and placed at the end of the table so they could be cleared away. We were there at least an hour. The dirty dishes sat on the end of the table the whole time we were there. Never removed. Not even attempted. Drinks sat empty waiting on refills. Whole atmosphere was claustrophobic. Packed in like sardines that the waitress actually ended up hitting a child in the head at the table next to us with the serving tray trying to serve us our entrees. Dinner was a toss up between Buffalo Wild Wings or Red Robin. We chose this establishment because we have never been here before. Next time, we will just go to Red Robin. Wish it was a better experience. Had high hopes because we have heard great things. Waitress did state she was new. Management clearly dropped the ball and did not schedule enough service members to cover the dinner rush.Over $90 for subpar and completely appalling service.

  The manager is extremely kind. My boyfriend and I went here last night and our waitress clearly forgot about us. All our food came out cold after waiting for quite a long time. Waitress forgot we ordered an appetizer and rattled off a very obvious lie of “the fryer oil was bad” lol.. then when that came out it was also cold. I know this was likely an off-night since I’ve been to this location a handful of times and have never had an issue in the past. But the manager took good care of us and got everything settled which I appreciate dearly, I don’t like complaining but we are customers..
