  Quick friendly service. My drink is always made on point! The people are always friendly. The line moved right along. No hold ups.

  I wanted to like this place, I really really did. I've heard good things about this coffee place. The flavors look so good! My spouse and I stopped by to try it last week. He got a blended ice coffee and I ordered a grasshopper iced latte. We waited over 10 minutes, when there wasn't many cars. But hey, we didn't order on the app which seems like they promote to order on. But like I said we have never been there before. They ended up switching the flavors, my spouses blended ice coffee was grasshopper flavored and my iced latte was Carmel flavored.. we didn't have time to go back because we were on a time crunch as it is. Not sure if I will be back, the coffee is kinda expensive and It had a lot of flavor but not enough coffee taste for me.

  Everyday I come here I always feel welcomed by the workers, they’re fun to talk to, very competent, and are debatably the kindest people I’ve ever met at a drive thru. Their lemonades are fantastic, they always get it correct, and in return I always give them a sticker which they now refer me as “The Sticker Guy”. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend this place. 10/5

  I ordered the Banana Bread Cold Brew which is a seasonal drink that the workers should know how to make. I have ordered this drink at both the Webster and Greece locations prior to today. When I received my drink it was purely just black coffee with banana syrup. We waited in line and told a worker that the drink was missing the banana cold foam and chocolate on top. She said that the drink does not come with cold foam but said she would fix it, I started to become optimistic. Then I received my drink again only to realize I was given plain cold foam on top. I know that the line was busy but I feel that if I wait in line for over 15 min, my drink should be made correctly. I still love 7Brew and will continue to order from the Greece location BUT just thought I would put this out there.

  Don’t come here. It’s run by children and apparently they don’t have a manager there all the time. My husband and I went through for 2 drinks, we used tap to pay, it had an issue so we paid again, we immediately got a notification the $16 was taken from our account. The girl cashing us out said it didn’t process on her end, so we showed her the notification and she agreed she watched the payment notification pop up on my husbands phone while she was standing right there. It deducted the money from our Apple Cash. She didn’t know what to do, because it was still showing on her tablet that we didn’t pay but on our phone showing that we DID pay. She went to go get another girl who came over and said she can’t give us our drinks because the sale remained pending on her end. She tried to get us to pay a second time but I told her no i literally just watched it take the money out of our account, I’m not paying $32 for 2 cofffees. She wouldn’t accept that, meanwhile the girl who initially took our payment was trying to tell her that she saw the transaction appear on our phone while we were paying. The other girl kept saying she can’t give us free coffee. I said “girl how is it free we just paid?” So she said she was going to call her manager. What do you MEAN call the manager? You don’t have a single manager on staff? So she called the manager who didn’t answer, and then told us she didn’t know what to do. I wanted my money back and she kept saying “well if the payment doesn’t go through then we gave you free coffee.” And I’m telling her that the money is already GONE from our Apple pay. She then told us we have to pay again or we can’t have our drinks so we just left. Meanwhile the $16 and change is still missing from our account and we have no drinks. This probably wouldn’t happen if there were safeguards in place for a coffee shop entirely run by high school kids. I also highly doubt that since there was no manager on site that no one there has a serve safe certification which must be on premises at all times. I’m highly disappointed that I had to argue with a high schooler who wouldn’t just give us our coffee. Don’t go here unless you wanna deal with stuff like this.
