- ATAlly Tiffany4 days ago2.0I was excited to see they had dairy free offerings but the frozen treat wasn't really edible. I do appreciate the proximity to Seneca Lake, it was nice to grab our frozen treats and walk to the lake for sunset.

- CCCarl CalabriaJun 4, 20261.0I love B&J NY Super Fudge Chunk. I asked for it at the counter and was told it had been discontinued. I settled for Chocolate Peanut Butter. As I left the shop, I noticed several pints of NY Super Fudge Chunk in the display freezer. I asked if I could do an exchange and was first told no and then when I persisted was offered a discount. The staff failed to realize this was not about the money but rather the fact that they had given me incorrect information that led me to purchase a substitute for what I came in to buy. I decided to leave my 95% unfinished cup with the staff. I am embarrassed to say how much B&J ice cream I have consumed over my 67 year life. It is a shame that the staff at this location made a choice that failed to honor the spirit on which the company was founded.
- AMAna McNulty-RomagueraMay 24, 20261.0*edit in response. The paper wrap was glued to the cone i wasnt talking about the sugar on the cone. Who wants to eat paper and glue with their ice cream! Cones have the paper wrapper glued to them and I was given attitude when I asked for a wrapper and glue free cone.
