  Uber changed about 3 drivers last night. But, the real issue was the quality of my food. The French fries were old, stale and hard. The burgers were old, stale and hard too. The pie was unavailable. The sauces were wrong. Uber does want to refund my money back! I am extremely upset and disappointed. This is poor customer service and I paid for everything to throw it in the garbage! The nuggets were okay, but not enjoyable since the entire order was disrespected! The order was delivered over an hour and half. The food was disgusting! How dare McDonald's and how dare Uber!

  Overall the food is normally good but the men that are always at the window treat me (a young woman) like crap. They act so annoyed when they misunderstand YOU. Last time I was there they rang me up for something completely different (told me to go to second window otherwise I would’ve caught it), then when at the window I correct them and they treat you like such a waste of their time. Then today I was back and a different man took my order and just because I asked for an extra sauce- they ended up giving me no sauces at all and rudely passed me the bag & closed the window before I could even say have a nice day. Hire better workers! I also just moved here, this is not the impression you want of your workers representing the city.

  Don’t bother getting a medium fry…. It has 10 fries in it… they don’t use the regular fries box.. they use paper pouches .. pathetic! And a waste of money… don’t bother. Food is nasty.

  This staff is rude, they take long with DoorDash orders and act as if no one else has a job to do. I came in one morning, and I said good morning smiled. But as I write this, the manager is screaming at her staff, about expired food being put in the refrigerator. You literally cannot make this stuff up.
