  They take over 40 minutes to take your order and manager has horrible attitude when other cars come up and left in 5 minutes.

  They were short staffed but the lady that served us our ice cream was super nice. She told us it was made with love. So sweet.

  Pulled into a spot with the mobile app waited 45 minutes before I had to go in and check to get my food. Food was cold at that point no straws and missing sauces

  I can't comment on the food or atmosphere because I never got served. Sat in the drive thru for 13 minutes and still didn't have my order taken. The only interaction we had was them asking if we had a pick up order and then nothing for 10 minutes. No cars in the drive-thru, under the bay, and no customers inside. So you only get served if you have a pick up order because they don't have a choice but to serve you? What a disgrace of a place.

  Pulled up to the drive up stall, ordered my food. When I go to pay with credit card. The screen to pay is unresponsive. When they brought the food out, they told me it comes up right after you order. I know that, your screen is not working. Tells me I can cancel my order and order online because their card reader inside isn’t working. Canceled the order and drove away. Not going back
