  I tried stopping with my sports bus with 15 soccer players and their coach. I went in to see if they could handle it and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came out. I guess I don’t stop here again. I feel sorry for the people that walked in as we left and the team walked to another place.

  Did not get the size of half the drinks right, gave me the wrong drink, couldn’t break a 50 on an over 20 dollar order, what a joke

  Worst sonic i have ever been to. Just wanted to get a drink, wemt inside, not an employee to be found. 10 mins later decided to order from a stall and after pushing the button was jist asked to wait. I just left after 10 more minutes of no response.

  Arrived at this sonic to be greated with a woman telling me “if you didn’t order online already you’re going to need to wait” I asked how long she stated it will be a whole as they are behind 10 orders. I didn’t say a word but apparently the face I made upset her to the point that myself and my children are standing here currently listening to her and the kitchen talk illy of us and how we should go to McDonalds then because all restaurants are like this now so we need to get use to it. If I don’t promise certain things to my kids, we will be gone by now. Mind you, the drive through has been cars in it and one person in the waiting area. 10 orders behind? I think not.

  The food is the only saving grace for this specific site. You WILL wait for at least 15 mins BEFORE you are asked what to order. Then you wait another 20-30 mins in line just to get the food.... O and if you park in the slots for people to come out and give you the order, you will suffer until all cars are cleared from their queue. Though the lady was nice in the drive thru....the rest is a waste of time. Last time I come here. Rather go out as far as Syracuse for the better service...
