- SSStacieJun 24, 20265.0This kinney drugs has redeemed my faith in the company..they were extremely busy but I was still greeted with a smile..my prescriptions were perfect..excellent customer service!! The staff on state street needs to teach alexandria bay and clayton kinney drugs how to act and how to interact with the public..no last names but lexy is the nastiest human I know..she had me in tears many times and embarrassed me in front of everyone.. staff and customers alike..she demanded in a loud voice that i ezplain my medical diagnosis and why I'm taking these medications. I have a right to privacy and my medical history is none of her business she is not a part of my medical team.. My doctor decides..my plan of care and prescriptions he deems appropriate NOT the pharmacist..I explained that to her and she flipped out. She manipulated the whole conversation and blamed me for her behavior she said I was aggressive and kicked me outta her pharmacy.. forever but she was the one screaming at me in front of everyone..I really wish I could record her and send it to her boss. She would be fired on the spot. I don't understand why she would pick a job that deals with the public She'd be better suited to work as a funeral directer..cant scream at the dead !!!!

And I can get in trouble for not contacting them. But she fills the medication anyways! So must be you are violating the federal law to. BEWARE PEOPLE! THE WAY SHE ACTED I WOULD NOT PUT IT PAST HER TO CROSS MEDICATION ON A CUSTOMERS TO GET REVENGE!
